« The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....

« Very sketchy neighborhood, including smashed liquor bottles at the foot of the porch steps. The online photos of the interior are very misleading. Unit is old, poorly renovated and bare bones furnishings. We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. There was also a very noticeable stench of marijuana...

« Paid for 2 nights and stayed for 1. On a positive note the owner communicates well and provides all the information needed for check in. Unfortunately that was the only positive. The house is in a rather rundown neighbourhood. The photos of the interior were misleading as the unit is old and renovated to a low standard. The lack of furniture and home comforts means that the unit is stark and devoid of any character. The bath and laundry facilities looked extremely unpleasant and so we didn’t use...

« A well priced and nice property near the National Museum of the US Air Force. I was able to walk to pick up dinner for our family both nights from some of the many locations less than a 1/2 mile away. »
