Incontestablement un des spots les plus extraordinaires de Moorea. Tahia est adorable et vous accueille chaleureusement. MĂ©nage effectuĂ© par ses soins toutes les semaines. TrĂšs dispo et de bon conseil pour les endroits Ă  visiter. Le farĂ© et ses dĂ©pendances sont conformes aux photos et description du site: Ă©quipement complet et un petit plus pour les Ă©quipements extĂ©rieurs mis Ă  disposition (kayak, paddle, barbecue, vĂ©los, jeux, etc...) Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jour idyllique dans cette propriĂ©tĂ© oĂč rien n'a manquĂ©. Toute la famille est unanime: merci Claudia pour cet endroit inoubliable!!!! Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour dans cette maison. L'endroit est exceptionnel et la maison est superbe. Les chambres sont trÚs belles , les salles de bain luxueuses, la cuisine super équipée. Cette maison a une ùme, ç est un petit coin de paradis. Tahia et Claudia ont pensé à tout pour un accueil de haute qualité. Les kayaks, paddles, vélos à disposition reflÚtent de nouveau la qualité de service offerte. Le rĂȘve!! sublime sĂ©jour en famille.

Cette villa est l'endroit de rĂȘve pour un sĂ©jour Ă  Moorea. Tout y est pour passer un moment inoubliable. La maison rĂ©unie le chic et la convivialitĂ©. Les chambres et salles de bain sont spacieuses, des serviettes de toilette et de plage sont Ă  disposition. Les paddles et kayak nous ont permis de nous rendre sur le site des raies et requin qui se trouve juste en face de la maison. Les balades sur le lagon au levĂ© du jour sont un pur rĂ©gal. Le petit bain juste devant est clair et sĂ©curisant pour les petits. La maison IdĂ©ale pour un sĂ©jour prolongĂ© sur l'Ăźle. Nous y avons passĂ© 6 jours en famille et rien ne nous a manquĂ©. Du cafĂ© le matin au bord de l'eau Ă  la tisane du soir sous les Ă©toiles, des moments de liesse dans un cadre magnifique.

Vacation in Moorea and Tahiti

We loved this place! We stayed with our group of 10, including two families with 3 adult children and 3 teenagers. Everyone had a bed, though we did bring the bed from the front room into the biggest bedroom so that everyone had air conditioning when they slept. The house and property is so calm and relaxing. The private beach with the covered de k and all of the chairs is perfect. Also the paddle boards and kayaks allow you to get out into the water to see the bigger coral and even to join the snorkeling boats for the feeding of the rays and sharks. There are buoys/ropes to tie up to out at those spots. We anlso loved watching the fish swim by with the lights on the water ant night. Our dive shop was close by, and everything else was accessible easily. The kitchen is well stocked. I would recommend stopping by one of the bigger grocery stores on the way. We did run into stores being closed on Sunday, which was difficult. We would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Could not have improved on this stay

This home was all we could have wished for and more. We can't recommend it highly enough. We were a group of three couples and one single so the layout was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we could need to prepare meals. The laundry room was a huge bonus after spending the week prior on a sailboat. But the best part was the swimming and snorkeling right off the beach in front of the home and spending long evenings watching all the sea life swim by after sunset. Just an excellent experience!

Beautiful house in a great location

6 of us had an amazing stay at this house in Sept. It has everything you could possibly need. The location is close to where you snorkel with sharks and rays and coco beach. We went to both on paddle boards and kayaks provided. There is plenty of space for people to gather or to be spread apart depending on your mood. Do not hesitate to book!

Dream villa perfect for families with toddlers

We had an AMAZING, unforgettable week at this incredible villa. It's easily the most wonderful property I've ever stayed at and we were all saying how much we'd love to return - we really enjoyed ourselves! We couldn't believe our luck to have found such a gem. It's so spacious that all the families had room to spread out. The rooms were so nice and the beds were super comfortable. They did such a nice job with the design and decor. The little ones had so much fun with the sand toys and my daughter was saying how much she missed the garden when we were at our next stop. We hardly wanted to leave our own little resort with our private beach! The kayaks and paddleboards were a great bonus - we loved being able to paddle to go visit the sharks and rays right in our backyard. The fare potee felt almost like having our own overwater bungalow where we got to sit and watch the fish during the peaceful sunrises and sunsets. It was absolutely perfect. Also, the owner had a fantastic recommendation for a local catering service. We were so happy to not have to cook dinner and have delicious meals and gourmet desserts delivered for a reasonable price. We'd definitely return to this dream villa!

Family Paradise

We had a wonderful stay in a family friendly paradise. We loved the location; right on the beach with plenty of shaded outdoor sitting and dining areas. We felt secluded and safe yet we were a pleasant walk away from a grocery store and a short drive away from fun shops. The best snorkeling ever was accessible by easy kayaking from this happy spot. We loved having the flexibility of 2 bedrooms in the house and 2 bedrooms in the separate cottage for an extended family situation. We had meals together—12 of us— at the long table under the covered veranda. We stayed at several different places, including very high end resorts; this home was our favorite!

The BEST property on Mo’orea!

It’s honestly hard to put into words how amazing this property is! We rented this house for a month with our family 7 adults and 2 kids (kids 1 and 4 years old) and it never once felt crowded. The house was stocked with everything we could ever need from toys to cooking supplies. We kept laughing because every time we tried to leave the house to go explore another part of the island we always ended up back at home because it was just too comfortable and we didn’t want to be anywhere else, even after a month! We’ve stayed at many other water front houses on Moorea and never loved a spot more. The sand and water out front is amazing for lounging in, it was a short paddle from the sharks and rays and just a 2 min walk down the street from a great waterfront restaurant and the market which is stocked with anything you’d want. The kitchen had tons of supplies and we used the paddle boards and kayaks every day. Tons of comfortable sitting areas, and the property manager was so kind and easy to communicate with. The sunrise and sunset views are so beautiful here and if you like pretty photographs the whole property is a photographer’s dream. Even at night they have up-lighting in the water and on the trees to make it so ambient and the stars at night here are also incredible. It just doesn’t get better than this and coming from seasoned travelers and a group who has stayed on Moorea 5 times in the last 5 years, this is a gem of a vacation rental and we’ll definitely be back!

Upon two years return

Two years ago, we rented this place for a month. This year we did the same. The people coming and going changed a little but was still 2 groups of 6 adults staying 2 weeks each. Can't say much has changed sense our last trip except the cottage has a lovely new bathroom and has been remodeled a bit. Very nicely done. I don't know if my review is still up from before, but I would say this trip was equally great.

Beachside Villa with loads of equipment

Lovely location, easy to paddle to Coco beach, lovely snorkel spots. Villa perfect for large family group. Lots of areas to sit and eat, BBQ, relax. Shop 2 mins walk away for your morning baguette and croissant. Rooms lovely. Highly recommended.

Awesome house!

House was fully stocked and great location on beach with snorkeling 200 yds away. The only complaint we had was the main house should have A/C because it would get so hot. The bedrooms had A/C but it would be nice to have the main room as well. Everything else was great!

Perfect House, Perfect Location

Our whole family loved this place. Great sandy beach and deck over the water. Short kayak to a popular snorkeling spot with rays and reef sharks. The house is lovingly maintained and gorgeous. The pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful gardens, outdoor shower, etc. Was hard to leave the house.

This property is unbelievably great. The pictures DO NOT do it justice. We were blown away with the main house and bungalow - it is spacious and the doors open wide to the backyard, with a wrap-around deck, grass, very close ocean access, a large sandy area, ping-pong table and the deck over the ocean. We bought food at the close market and ate at home many days because we didn't want to leave the property. There was a welcome basket and everything you could ask for in the kitchen. The bedrooms were great and the whole place was homey...you could tell the owner truly loves the house and has done lots of extras. Truly incredible experience.

I grappled with giving the property a great review as it may make it harder to book again in the future! We took our whole family of four children ages 14 to 9 and had an absolutely amazing time. It was our third trip to Moorea but our first with our family. Absolutely will be returning if at all possible and plan to stay at this house. All of our children made it very clear that if we come back they want to stay here. Combination of location as well as the property amenities made it a perfect vacation for us. Highly encourage you to visit the market about 200 yards from the house in the early morning daily for fresh pastries. Very grateful for the memories that were created in Moorea at this home. Great Stay

I don't usually write reviews but felt that we had such great time that I needed to. My wife and I rented the home for a month. Our group was actually two groups. First two weeks were my wife and I and her two sister and husbands (6 retired people) and the next two weeks were the two of us plus 4 -30 year old, family and friends. Everyone had a great time. The home is very beautiful and the view out the back is wonderful. Everything was better than expected. The place as advertised will sleep ten but you would need to be really friendly. There are two large bedroom in the main house and two small bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bath in the guest house. There is also a bed in the main house living room so ten is possible. We never had more than six people so space was terrific for us. The bathrooms were very nice and very interesting with the stone walls in the showers. I really liked that feature. The kitchen is very will equipped, lots of plates, pots. and knifes. You will have no trouble cooking there. There is a store only 5 minute walk that opens at 6:30. It will have most everything you will need. Fresh croissants arrive daily but not until 7:00 I do think a car is necessary for getting around the island and for major food buying trips. The area straight out from the house is too swallow for snorkeling but with the kayaks provided with the property you can easily get out to some great spots. Coco Beach is a restaurant on an island that you can see from the back yard. You can call for a reservation and they will send a boat to a near by dock to pick you up. Great snorkeling between the two island out there and really good food at the restaurant. It was a perfect trip for us except the bender broke. That probably saved us a million calories in rum punch drinks. By the way the sunrises from the cabana are worth getting up for. The sunset from there are also great with no loss of sleep.

Amazing!

We were 4 couples sharing the home before a cruise. Our first thoughts were Wow! The property is better than the pictures. Having coffee every morning out under the palapa was a great way to start the day. We had planned to go out for dinners but decided to stay in every night and enjoyed our dinners at the large outdoor dining table. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. If you’re with friends, the main house has a Main Bedroom en-suite, second bedroom with hall bath, Casita has 2 bedrooms sharing one bath. Claudia was very good to work with answering all our questions. You won’t regret choosing this Moorea beach home.
