« I enjoyed my stay »

« Our refrigerator was leaking water before we were in the room, so there was a big puddle when we came in. Random stains around the room. Not a big problem, just a little gross. The indoor “curb appeal” was good. »

« I can tell there is a change over in management since my last stay. Cleanliness was hit-or-miss. There was a trash can sitting in the hall next to the elevators on the fourth floor that was crawling in ants. I had to report it three times (once a day for three days) before anyone took care of the problem. The tables and the countertops in the dining area were dirty! I had to clean them myself in order to use the area. »

« The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. »

« Was bitten by bugs within 30 minutes of arriving the room. Told management I wanted a refund. They hesitated at first but after seeing the bites on my wife’s legs, and photos of the bugs on the carpet and bed, they agreed and provided a refund! »

« I travel with a very clean, well groomed service dog. Hotels often put you in a pet room which is fine but at least remove the carpet. The room smelled pretty sour from previous pets. Even my dog was offended by whatever was in the carpet. It was only one night, so I put up with it, but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. »

« Clean and quiet. O was only there one night and didn't use the pool. Rooms had a fridge. Staff were nice. I didn't try the breakfast, but regular coffee was available all day and there was a coffee maker in the room. »

« Decent room and clean but be aware they charge $100 deposit that is not stated at time of booking and hold it for 3 days until they issue your refund. »
