« The stay was good. Nice room, clean and spacious. Staff was friendly overall. We had an issue with the valet service: we gave our car key on Friday evening and asked the car to be ready by 6:30AM the next morning but the valet took more than 10 minutes to find the car key which was stored in a drawer. It would be nice to classify the car keys of the hotel customers by time or date to find it quickly despite staff shift changes (the person who put the key in the drawer was not the same staff)....

The hotel personnel was very kind and helpful, the hotel itself is in a renovated and recently extended ancient building from 16. century - very impressive and comfortable at the same time. »
