Lochside Apartment C is a bright two bedroom apartment on the second floor of a restored building on Montrose High Street. Sleeping up to four guests, it suits colleagues working in the area, friends or couples travelling together, and longer stays. Recently refurbished throughout, it pairs restored period features with modern comfort, with high ceilings and large windows bringing in plenty of natural light.

Inside, the apartment is all on one level, arranged around an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a 43 inch LG Smart TV. Both bedrooms are doubles with blackout blinds. The master bedroom has its own ensuite shower room, and the main bathroom features a large walk in shower.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster, and the dining table seats four and doubles as a laptop workspace. A washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board are provided. There is no dishwasher or tumble dryer. Heating is electric, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request.

There is a designated parking area for one car, available 24 hours a day, at the back of the Argos car park behind the building. A second car can use the Argos car park for up to two hours, and free on street parking is available nearby. There is no private outdoor space.

Shops, pubs and restaurants are directly below on the High Street, the beach is within easy reach, and Dundee is around 30 miles away, making this a central, walkable base for work or exploring the Angus coast.

The apartment is on the second floor, reached by two flights of communal stairs with no lift, so it may not suit guests with limited mobility. It sleeps a maximum of four guests and is not pet friendly. It is one of four apartments in the building, and several can be booked together.
