We've designed this space to be the perfect urban sanctuary where you can truly relax and recharge after a day of city adventures. Welcome to your Montreal headquarters! We put a lot of love into making this place feel special and, most importantly, comfortable for our guests.

As you step in, you'll find a bright and open living area. It’s tastefully decorated with a cozy vibe, perfect for kicking back on the couch and streaming your favourite shows on the Smart TV after a day out in the city.

The kitchen is brand new and ready for whatever you want to whip up, from a quick breakfast to a full dinner. It's got all the new appliances you'll need – fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and of course, a coffee maker to get your day started right. We've stocked the cupboards with all the essential cookware, dishes, and utensils.

You'll find three separate bedrooms, each one designed for a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom is a calm sanctuary, while the other two rooms are just as comfy and well-appointed. For those traveling with a little one, we have a crib and high chair ready for you, so you can pack a little lighter.

Need to get some work done? We've set up a dedicated workspace with a proper desk and chair, so you can comfortably log in without having to balance a laptop on your knees.

One of the best parts? You have your own washer and dryer right in the apartment. No need to hunt for a laundromat – you can pack light and refresh your clothes whenever you need to. It's a real game-changer!

You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay. You will not have to share it with me or another guest that is not on the reservation

The reservation includes Self-Check-in process, so you can arrive anytime on your check-in day after your Check-in time.

Stay right on famous St. Catherine street, downtown's central road, lined with bars, cafés, and boutiques, it’s known for its inclusive and welcoming atmosphere, vibrant nightlife, and colorful art installations.

Visitors are drawn to the area’s lively Ontario Street, where independent cafés, craft breweries, and vintage shops create a vibrant atmosphere. The historic Marché Maisonneuve offers fresh local produce, while nearby, Olympic Park and the Biodome provide unique experiences, from exploring ecosystems to admiring the iconic 1976 Olympic Stadium. Street art and murals add to Hochelaga’s creative energy, complementing its small galleries and cultural spaces.

With green spaces like Parc Morgan and scenic riverfront trails, the neighborhood balances urban charm with outdoor appeal, offering an authentic Montreal experience away from the typical tourist hotspots.

Getting around from this location is easy, with plenty of transit options right at your doorstep.

The nearest metro stations are on the Green line and connect you to downtown and the rest of Montreal in minutes.

Several bus routes run along Saint Catherine Street and nearby streets, offering convenient access to different parts of the city. BIXI bike stations are also available for those who prefer to explore on two wheels. If you're driving, street parking and nearby paid lots provide options for your stay, ask me for parking suggestions.

Whether by metro, bus, bike, or car, getting around is simple and efficient.

✧The AC and heating systems are available and operational based on the season. The AC is installed from late spring through mid-autumn, though this may vary depending on the seasonal temperatures. The heating system is permanently installed and available for use during any cold weather.

✧ I am quick to reply all day and evening but I could be asleep after midnight, so while you're welcome to arrive anytime after check-in begins, fast replies and check-in assistance are not guaranteed after midnight. I always reply back first thing early in the morning. If you plan to arrive late, see additional rules.

✧The Property Manager or maintenance may need access to the property in rare circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I always give notice to the best of my ability.


✧ I am often out of town, but rest assured, I always have someone available to assist in case of emergencies. If an emergency arises, please contact me first, and I will arrange for my housekeeper or a friend to help you. Keep in mind that it may take some time for them to reach your location.
For any dangerous emergencies, please prioritize your safety and contact the appropriate services right away. Once you're safe, please reach out to me.

⋆NO PARTIES OR EXTREME NOISE
Parties are strictly prohibited. Montreal has world class bars and clubs for you to enjoy. Unauthorized gatherings will result in cancellation, no refunds, and extra cleaning fees. City law requires noise to be kept reasonable at all times. Planning a party? Let me know—I can recommend my friend’s party-friendly property.
⋆NO SMOKING 🚭
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Outdoor smoking only, not near open doors or windows. A deep cleaning fee will apply for any indoor smoking ($450 CAD).
⋆NUMBER OF GUESTS
All people, including non-overnight visitors, must be declared in your reservation’s # of guests. Each undeclared guest and visitor incurs a $75 / per night fee plus extra cleaning charges (if required). If you have any questions about this, contact me before check-in, I am glad to discuss with you.
⋆NO ANIMALS
No animals are allowed due to a personal critical health reason. This rule is non-negotiable. Feel free to ask for more details if needed.

⋆We do welcome Service Animals!
If you are traveling with a service animal, please inform us in advance so we can arrange appropriate cleaning after your stay, and let us know if there is anything else we can do to help welcome you!
In line with Airbnb and local laws: Service animals must be house-trained, under control at all times,, never left alone, and must not enter restricted areas. Any damage caused will be the guest’s full responsibility.
Misrepresentation of a Service Animal is a serious violation. Without exception, guests found abusing this policy will be responsible for a fine of up to $1,000, plus all extra cleaning costs, and the reservation will be immediately canceled without refund.
⋆CLEANLINESS & DAMAGES
The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning of regular use of the apartment, not parties or abuse. Please avoid food and drinks in bedrooms, remove shoes at the door, and dispose of trash properly. Please care for the property and furnishings so future guests can enjoy them too.
⋆WINDOWS & DOORS
Keep windows and doors closed and locked when not in use. On rainy days and in winter, avoid leaving windows open to prevent damage to the property.
⋆CHECK-IN TIME
Self-check-in is available after midnight, but assistance may be limited if I’m asleep. For support I suggest to keep with the Check-in window, I'm readily available from 8 AM to midnight for any issues and questions, always.
If arriving past midnight, let me know your estimated time in advance and be sure you received and reviewed the check-in instructions sent the day before.
⋆CHECK-OUT
Late check-outs are subject to a $65/hour fee past 11:00 a.m. up to 1:00 p.m, beyond 1:00 p.m. resulting in an extra night's charge(this does not extend your reservation). Late check-out requests must be requested and pre-approved a full day in advance.
⋆KEYS & SECURITY
Lost keys or security items will incur an $85 replacement fee. Emergency assistance for lost items or intoxication-related access issues will result in a $150 charge.
