Stunning 1BR Condo with Balcony in Heart of MTL

Summary:

This Prestigious building is in the heart of downtown, near Montreal's best restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. It's surrounded by nature and its large balcony and rooftop terrace offer a stunning view of the city.



We would like to reassure that our cleaners are taking extra precautions and hygiene measures following Airbnb guideline to keep guests safe.



Please note: the minimum stay is 31 days with a lease.



The Space:

This 1BR is recently renovated and upgraded with some new furniture (still waiting on new pictures of couch and dining table), with a fully stocked kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious bathroom. You'll enjoy top of the line appliances and in-suite laundry. The sofa is no longer a sofa bed*

The bed is extremely comfortable. The 60" smart TV comes with a Chromecast to stream your favourite shows. You must use your own login information. We also provide complimentary coffee, tea, and basic supplies to get your stay started off on the right foot!

There is a large rooftop terrace that you can use where you'll also have access to BBQ's and various seating. Let's not forget the indoor pool and gym located behind the building.



Guest Access:

You'll have complete access to the condo, the rooftop, the gym, the indoor pool and all common areas.



The Neighborhood:

This condo is located in the heart of Montreal. You will be steps away from Crescent Street, one of Montreal's hot spots where you can find the city's best shopping, restaurants, clubs, and museums.



You are also walking distance to all major downtown attractions, including Old Montreal, the Bell Centre, the Lachine Canal, the Notre-Dame Basilica, the Fine Arts Museum.



Getting Around:

Public transport all found within 1-5 minutes walking from the building.



Other Things to Note:

You must fill out the check-in form prior to your arrival.

-Your ID should match your airbnb profile if not your reservation will be canceled and no refund will be issued. It is the responsibility of the guest to supply appropriate identification.

-We do not allow smoking; breaking this rule will incur a $500 fine.

-Parties, excessive noise, are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in our locations. At the first complaint, the booking will be terminated without refund.

- Baby crib is available for an additional fee (limited quantities available)

- All guests must adhere to building policies, rules, and general maintenance requirements.
