L'appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes: il y a 3 chambres avec lits queen size et une avec un lit superposé complet / complet. Nous fournissons également un matelas au sol pour accueillir les 11Úme et 12Úme personnes. Tous nos matelas dans tous nos appartements sont des matelas en mousse à mémoire, donc une bonne nuit de sommeil est presque garantie. L'endroit a également 2 salles de bain complÚtes, donc il ne devrait pas y avoir de files d'attente au moment de la douche.

We had a wonderful stay here, the place had lots of space for all 5 adults, a well-stocked kitchen, and a gem of a courtyard patio. The beds were comfortable, and even the bunk room had large double beds with nice mattresses. This location is close to restaurants and shopping, as well as scenic running and walking routes (we went up Mont Royal every morning). It was so nice to have air conditioning on the hot days. A great central space!

This property checks all the boxes! Wonderful accommodations for our family of 9 (7adults and two children, 2 and under). The apartment was well appropriated and very clean. It was walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, subway system and just overall site seeing. Hosts were very responsive to our questions and requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation to Montreal!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this lovely, spacious and comfortable apartment. My sister and I came with our six combined children ages 8-15, and this apartment was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable and the rooms well laid out. It was incredibly clean and there were plenty of towels, dish soap, paper towels, etc. provided to make our stay very comfortable. The communication with the hosts was excellent before and during our trip. The apartment location is terrific - close to many restaurants and a short walking distance to the Metro and a supermarket. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back to Montreal soon!!

We had a fantastic stay in Montreal. The property was beautiful, very well maintained, everything we were looking for, the beds were comfy, very spacious, wonderful outside terrace and lovely decorations. The location is awesome, so close to the action, but not as loud as a few nearby streets at night, which was a plus! A few homeless folks nearby to be aware if, but they didn’t bother us. Parking can be a bit tricky, but lots of info from the host on how to navigate. I loved the little touches, like the coffee pods. Would highly recommend this property!!

Great 4-bedroom apartment in a vibrant Montreal neighborhood! All bedrooms were large (NOT tiny, partitioned bedrooms) and well-appointed. Spotlessly clean. Great kitchen — in which I cooked several meals. Very ample dining room , PLUS a lovely outdoor porch with large dining table. Loved it!

This was a great place for our base to see Montreal. After a trying travel experience due to the IT outage and we all finally arrived, we were so happy to relax in this comfortable and conveniently located apartment. There was a bit of noise the first morning due to people moving around above us but other than that we were quite comfortable and found everything we needed. The check in /out procedures were super convenient and found the host to be extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

The apartment was great for our group of 4. Each of us had our own bedroom and shared the two bathrooms. The common areas were spacious, and the outdoor patio was a treat. We only used the kitchen for breakfasts, but it was nice and well supplied, so I could easily see cooking a larger meal there. Last, the neighborhood was vibrant, and full of restaurants and convenient to the subway station. Thumbs up!

We spent 4 days at this location during our visit to Montreal. We also rented the sister location for the other half of our group. This apartment is walking distance to many restaurants and bakeries which was great for early morning coffee. The metro was also easy walking distance. Although parking was tricky, there was a lot around the corner that was very convenient. The area overall seemed safe. The owners were responsive and answered all questions promptly. The front bedroom is on the street side and tended to be noisy. We put our teens that sleep through anything in that room and it wasn't an issue for us. Our first morning, the neighbors upstairs were quite loud, I think they had children and they were running around. T

My son who recently graduated from Montreal said that we must stay in the Plateau because it is the "soul" of Montreal and he was right. The apartment is in a wonderful location-close to everything, very clean and well appointed. I do recommend that the building staircase be painted/new rug because it's a little ragged in comparison to the units. Rent with confidence-the management team was very responsive and nice to let us into the unit early.

FabFour #3 is an attractive apartment in a fabulous location. It is nicely decorated, with excellent bedding and is spotlessly clean. It is surrounded by dozens of restaurants, bars, shops and pedestrian-only streets (summer only). It is also just a few minutes’ walk from the Mont Royal Metro station. You’d be hard-pressed to find better walkability from a rental in Montreal. Regrettably, all of this comes with some notable shortcomings. FabFour #3 lacks what I refer to as “quiet enjoyment”: the peace and tranquility one would expect from a modern property. And this is where FabFour #3 misses big. Some examples: ‱ You will hear EVERY (and I mean EVERY) noise from the apartment above. It’s as if you are all sharing the same apartment. Every footstep (think thud, thud, thud), chairs rolling, peoples voices, toilets flushing (mildly disturbing), etc. Everything. It is extremely difficult to sleep while the people upstairs are moving about, and you will be forced to wake up when they do. And it’s not that the people above were being disrespectful. They weren’t. It is just that there is ZERO sound attenuation between the units. The quietest bedroom is the one in the rear. Unfortunately, it’s the one with the bunk beds
 ‱ The front bedroom is right on Saint Denis Street - one of the busiest in Montreal. While trying to sleep (or just rekax) in this room you will hear EVERY car, motorcycle, truck and loud reveler that passes by. The same goes with the living room. ‱ It is difficult to enjoy the lovely outdoor porch because of the six (yes, six) air conditioner compressors stacked one upon a mere ten feet (three meters) from the table. When it’s hot outside (it was 90 F [32 C]), and EVERY compressor is running full speed, non-stop, the noise makes the porch the last place you want to be. None of this will ruin your stay. But these issues detract significantly from the ‘luxury’ promised. Add in the fact that there are no en suite bathrooms, and you’ll quickly realize you overpaid for the property. Were FabFour #3 priced at a couple of hundred dollars a night, you could understand the lack of tranquility and other issues. But the expensive asking price is simply not commensurate with the experience. There are just better much better values in Montreal.

This location was ideal for our group of 12 ladies who met up, from far and wide, for a weekend reunion. Great space and easy check-in. Parking was a bit of a challenge but we managed it. Particularly enjoyed the location for access to shops, depanneurs, SAQ and many choices of restaurants.
