Welcome to our cozy and charming apartment on the main floor of a two-story home, bathed in natural light and with access to a big terrace. Perfect for a convenient, comfortable stay with easy city access, our home offers everything you need to make yourself at home.

Whether you are in Montréal for business or pleasure, our apartment will guarantee you a pleasant and memorable stay.

25 minute drive to downtown, 20 minute walk to metro Honoré-Beaugrand (green line), bus stop is in front of the house, 5 minute walk to a BIXI station.
5 minute drive to Galeries d'Anjou and Place Versailles (two of the biggest shopping mall in Montréal). Only a few blocks away from grocery stores and all amenities.

You will have full access to the entire apartment:
- One queen bed with fresh linens
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Towels, soap and toiletries provided
- In-suite laundry with detergent provided
- High-speed Wi-Fi
- Smart TV (please note I don’t provide Netflix/Amazon… accounts)
- Separate entrance
- Big private terrace (Note: you may occasionally see my parents at the backyard taking care of the garden and doing some exterior cleaning)

Other details to note:
- Quiet time is between 10pm and 7am
- NO parties permitted
- Absolutely NO smoking inside the house
- Street parking is free and available

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING: Please note there are other tenants living in other units of the house. As the house was built in the late 70s, its isolation is not the best. That being said, you may hear the footsteps and other light sounds. If you are looking for a place that is completely silent, our apartment is unfortunately not suitable for you. Nonetheless, I strongly demand all my tenants/guests to respect the quiet time rule as noted above.
