• Shoes Off Indoors: To help us keep the floors and carpets clean, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes when inside the home.

• Kitchen Cleanup: Please wash and put away all used dishes and kitchenware before check-out.

• Trash Disposal: Please place all trash and recycling in the designated bins outside.

• Cleaning Fee Note: Our cleaning fee covers standard cleaning. Guests are expected to leave the home in a tidy state, as excessive cleaning (e.g., moldy dishes, soiled carpets) may incur an additional charge.

• Fire Safety: To ensure everyone`s safety, do not light candles or any open flames inside the home. The only exceptions are birthday candles or when using candles during a power outage.

• Securing the Home: Please ensure all windows and doors are securely locked every time you leave the property.

• Energy Conservation: Please turn off lights, the air conditioning/heating, and any electronics when you are not in the house.

• No Furniture Rearranging: Please do not rearrange the furniture. If you need a different setup for a specific purpose, please ask us first.

• Parking Instructions: You can park up to 2 cars in the driveway. Please ensure you do not block the sidewalk or our neighbor`s driveway.

• Visitor Policy: Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. If you wish to have additional visitors during the day, please get our prior approval.

• Amenity Specifics: If you need to use, BBQ, or other specific amenities: Please inform us so we can guide you with city regulations.

• Consequences: Violation of house rules may result in the early termination of your stay without refund and/or additional fees for damages or excessive cleaning.
