You'll love our charming 44m2 maisonette in Montignac! Located at the foot of the hill Lascaux, the charming village of Montignac is famous for the Lascaux Cave that exists inside the banks of the hill. Nestled within lush forests of chestnut and oak trees, the area is ideal for outdoor activities including hiking, horseback riding, and kayaking. Visit some of the historic castles and ruins before taking a leisurely stroll along the Vézère River, admiring the beautiful stone bridges and balconied houses. In the evening, find a delicious local restaurant to dine at before returning to the lovely space, which comfortably sleeps 4 guests, but can accommodate up to 7!

Our cozy apartment has 2 BEDROOMS with 1 Double bed in one bedroom and 2 Single beds in the other bedroom. You'll find a Trundle bed and 1 Single bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM with a separate WC. Keep your clothes clean with the on-site laundry machines, available for an additional charge.

After cycling, retreat to our comfortable LIVING SPACE.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of electric hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a fridge. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Le Hameau du Moulin where our maisonette is conveniently located. These include the ping pong table, the children's club (available in the summer), and the shared outdoor pool (which is open from May to September).

If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge of €60/stay/animal.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

Pick up your groceries at Intermarché SUPER Montignac et Drive, only a 6-minute drive away. If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a delicious meal at Restaurant Le 4, an 8-minute drive. There's plenty to do around the area including visiting the feudal market town, the famous Lascaux caves, the ruins of the feudal chateau, and Eugène Le Roy museum.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• The heated outdoor pool is open from May until September
• Bed linen is included.
• Some of these residences accept pets at an additional charge of €70/pet/week. Pets must have current vaccinations and be microchipped/tattoed.
• Outdoor parking is free!
• TV may only offer channels in French
• Wi-Fi is free!
• Baby kit rental (crib + high chair + bathtub) : 9€/day – 35€/stay
• An ID card or passport is required for all guests (babies included), and a driver's license is not valid
• A number of these units are available, and each is individually decorated. The images shown are a representation of the unit you will receive
• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300
• Please note that a small daily eco-tax and tourist tax per person will be collected upon arrival. The amount is subject to change, please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates.
• Additional end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area & dishes) is included in the price. Please note that all accommodation must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Any lack of cleanliness of the accommodation returned and requiring intervention cleaning other than that described in our T&Cs will be subject to invoicing through the deposit.
