« My friends and family found this to be perfect lodging for our gathering. There are 3 common areas inside the house to gather. 3 bedrooms (one with full/twin bunkbeds) and 2 bathrooms. What added value to this property is the proximity to the university (2.4 miles from the State Farm Center) 1 minute to a shopping center with a yogurt place, 6 min to a grocery store, and a neighborhood with walking trails. « This is a second floor apartment that has a lot of lovely features. The host clearly has put time into making it comfortable and pretty. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen works well. The bathroom is old but works fine. The challenges were that the listing showed bunk beds and a king bed, but it was two king beds, which made it hard to find sleeping for two teenagers who don't sleep well together. To be fair, the host apologized and brought over extra blankets so we could use the futon....

« The Attic was comfortable and clean. I have a weird old house and this was very similar. Overall I liked it a lot. There were some cobwebs and the paint job was subpar but it was safe and comfortable. »

« This home is spacious while being very welcoming. We gathered friends and family to celebrate our daughter's graduation. Enjoyed sitting around the nicely sized dining table where everyone could eat and laugh. Kitchen was very well-stocked, plenty of towels and the beds were super comfortable. Really nice space to get good friends together or for a mini-family reunion. Highly recommend! »

« Nice and clean property, very quiet. Toilet had a slight leak but front desk says they need would address it. Breakfast was ok, some lactose free milk was available. Felt sorry for whomever had to clean breakfast area as a family was there making quite a mess. Will definitely stay here again. »
