« Spent over an hour driving round Wrexham trying to find the place, useless directions despite ringing the host to clarify. Apartment was small, dirty, stained bedding and the mattresses were awful! So bad that none of us could sleep, left the next day, even though we were booked for 2 nights, none of us could face another night there so we drove home. Will be submitting a formal complaint. « Our 2 night stay whilst visiting family in Telford was fine. Apartment in good location with shops, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep, 2 min walk to parking, everything clean and well maintained. Check in etc all easy. The apartment is over 2 floors so bear that in mind if mobility is an issue. Recommended. »
