Parking and entry are at the back, off Hadley. Park in the small driveway or carport behind the building. 3238 is the left side as you face the back. Two or three steps up to the back door, which has an electronic lock and opens into a small foyer and the kitchen. Your code is released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid.

We restored our side of this 1940s duplex to keep its historic character and add the comforts a group actually needs. You'll gather downstairs in the living room, where plush seating and a Smart TV make an easy place to land after a day out in Montgomery. When the evening winds down, everyone has a spot to retreat to, so nobody has to share a room with the person who stays up late. Air conditioning and heating keep things comfortable year-round, there's an indoor fireplace, and fast WiFi runs throughout the apartment. If someone needs to check in with the office, there's a dedicated workspace too.

    BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
All three bedrooms are upstairs, so you'll climb the stairs to reach every sleeping area. We put real thought into the beds, and we make them up with fresh bed linens before you arrive. Each bedroom has its own Smart TV.
    • Primary bedroom: King bed with a private ensuite bathroom
    • Bedroom 2: Full-size bed
    • Bedroom 3: Bunk beds, great for kids or extra guests
    • 2.5 bathrooms in all, including a bathtub for a long soak

    KITCHEN & DINING
We remodeled the kitchen so you can cook and eat at home. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware and wine glasses. Start the morning with the coffee maker and coffee, then sit down together at the dining table, which seats 4. The kitchen is the first room you walk into from the back door, so carrying in groceries is never a long haul.

    OUTDOORS
Step out to the side patio, where outdoor furniture is set up for morning coffee or a quiet evening chat. It's up three or four stairs from the back entrance. The apartment has a private entrance, so you can come and go on your own schedule.

    LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are here for you, so a longer stay or a muddy afternoon doesn't mean packing extra bags.

Les points forts : Arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce

Mothers birthday relaxation

The property was in a great neighborhood. Two of the restrooms were extremely small, especially the master bathroom. The property could use a thorough cleaning inside, floors and walls. The check in process was seamless as well as the communication and check out process. Overall, a nice place for a short stay.
