***Rear Staircase:** Please note the height of the last step on the rear staircase and use caution when entering or exiting.

***Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:** Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. When available, the fee is **$20 per hour**, with a one-hour minimum. Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension.

***Security & Monitoring:** For the safety and security of our guests and the property, motion-activated cameras are installed in **exterior areas only**. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable).

***Noise Monitoring:** We use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device **does not record audio or video** and is used only to help ensure noise levels remain respectful for neighbors.

***Age Requirements:** The primary booking guest must be at least **21 years old for an apartment** and **25 years old for a single-family house**.

***Primary Guest Presence:** The primary booking guest is required to be present for the entire duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules.

***Age Misrepresentation:** Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled before check-in or during the stay, **without refund**, if the age requirement is found to have been misrepresented.

***Why We Have This Policy:** The age requirement is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.
