We made this single-storey home easy for families: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 4 beds (sleeps 6), no stairs, and room to spread out or gather.

Use the front or back yard or enjoy any space in the house. You may access any space inside the house other than the locked supply closet. Park in the driveway on the left side of the home. There is no step at the entry — the front door is level — and it has an electronic smart lock deadbolt.

We set this home up so a family trip feels relaxed from the minute you walk in. The living, dining and kitchen areas flow together, so you can keep an eye on everyone while you cook, and the living room has comfortable seating for up to 6 around a Smart TV. When it's time to recharge, each bedroom is its own quiet retreat. It's all on one level, with no stairs inside and a level front door with no step, so little ones, grandparents and heavy suitcases all get in easily. The street is a quiet cul-de-sac, so evenings are calm and sleep comes easy.

• Primary bedroom: King bed, private ensuite bathroom and a spacious closet

• Bedroom 3: Two full beds, great for kids or extra guests
• Bathrooms: 2 full baths (one is the primary ensuite)
We provide bed linens, so you can unpack and settle in.

KITCHEN & DINING
The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. We've stocked cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a coffee maker and coffee, so you can make a family breakfast or a relaxed dinner at home. The large dining table seats 6 for meals, board games and long conversations. A washer and dryer are here too, which helps on longer stays.

OUTDOORS
Step out to the small backyard and patio, where you'll find outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area for morning coffee or a quiet meal outside. Kids can burn off energy, and you can sit back and enjoy the stillness of the cul-de-sac.

Air conditioning and heating keep the house comfortable in every season, and Wifi keeps everyone connected.

Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery.

A few things to know before you book:

PRIMARY GUEST
The guest who books must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the home for the entire reservation. The primary guest is responsible for everyone in their group and any visitors.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking. This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same. It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage. It takes about two minutes, and there is no app to download and no account or password to create. We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete.

HOUSE RULES
• Maximum 8 overnight guests
• Quiet hours 9 pm to 8 am
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping
• No pets (service animals are welcome)
• The fireplaces are not for use
• No commercial photography or filming without our written approval (see below)
• Please lock the front door each time you leave. It does not lock automatically

DURING YOUR STAY
Our cleaning, maintenance, and guest-support team works hard to make your stay great. Airbnb expects guests to be considerate and respectful of hosts and everyone they meet during a stay, and we ask the same toward our team, vendors, and neighbors. Concerns are always welcome. Verbal abuse, threats, or harassment of anyone on our team will be reported to Airbnb.

Please tell us about any damage as soon as it happens so we can sort it out fairly. Please keep total people on the property, including daytime visitors, within the guest limit. Please leave the exterior cameras and the indoor noise monitor connected and uncovered.

Commercial photography or filming is only allowed with our written approval before your stay. Approval requires a commercial general liability policy of at least $1,000,000 naming Dreamline Suites as an additional insured. All house rules, guest limits, and parking rules still apply.

PARKING & GETTING IN
The house sits at the back of a quiet cul-de-sac. Park in the driveway on the left side of the home. There is no step at the entry; the front door is level and has a smart lock deadbolt.

GOOD TO KNOW
This is a single-story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a small backyard. The outdoor walkways use repurposed materials and can be uneven or slick, so please watch your step. Many of our other properties do welcome pets; just ask and we'll point you to one.

EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECKOUT
Available on request when the cleaning schedule allows. $20 per hour, one-hour minimum. Message us and we'll check with our cleaning team.

BEFORE CHECKOUT
Before you head out, please leave used dishes in the kitchen sink or dishwasher, gather used towels in the tub, put trash in the kitchen bin, take your food and belongings, and turn off the lights and A/C. Our cleaning team handles the rest.

LOCAL RULES
City of Montgomery Ordinance 29-2026 (short-term rentals):
• Maximum occupancy is 2 per bedroom plus 2 (8 at this home)
• Park only in designated spaces. No buses, RVs, or commercial vehicles
• Amplified music is allowed indoors only
• No weddings, receptions, parties, or events
• Trash bins must be kept out of public view except on collection day
The city fines the operator $250 for a first violation and $500 for each one after. If a guest's violation results in a city fine, we will request reimbursement through Airbnb's Resolution Center with the citation attached.

SECURITY & MONITORING
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, motion-activated cameras are installed on the exterior only. They record audio and video and monitor entrances and outdoor areas. No cameras monitor any indoor area. An indoor noise-monitoring device measures noise levels only. It does not record audio or video.
