Parking and entry are at the back. Pull through the driveway on the right side of the building and park in the gravel area behind the apartments. 3268 is the RIGHT apartment as you face the back. Walk up five or six stairs to the back porch, where the electronic deadbolt is on the back door. Your code is released in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid.

Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking
This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same
It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage
It takes about two minutes — there is no app to download and no account or password to create
We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete

This is one side of a duplex — 3268 is the RIGHT apartment as you face the back of the building
3264, the two-bedroom next door, is a separate listing and may have other guests during your reservation
Your apartment is private and exclusively yours
