Welcome to Pebble Beach's Sunset Villa. Centrally located near the world famous 17-Mile Drive with easy access to the scenic California HighWay One, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Pacific Grove and everything the Monterey Bay and Peninsula have to offer.

Featuring whitewater views of Point Lobos and Carmel Bay, the current owners went over this Pebble Beach ocean view home with a fine-toothed comb and transformed it into an immaculate modern masterpiece. 

Inside you will find new oak hardwood floors, new electrical with all LED lighting, a new chef's kitchen that now opens to a cozy family room, three en-suite bedrooms, each with new spa inspired bathrooms and a reimagined living room with a beutiful gas fireplace and floating T.V. wall.

Outside you will find things just as immaculate as the inside! There is fresh paint, new landscaping and over 1400 square feet of outdoor decking and patio space which allows you to take advantage of the warmer microclimate this location offers.

Perfect Home For Everything!

We had a quick girls trip and had the best time! The home was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved how every bedroom has a bathroom and the rooms were large so perfect for two people sharing! Beds were comfortable, location was perfect for wherever you’re going in Carmel. Absolutely amazing! Great getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this property! It's a lovely home and the property managers were extremely helpful and responsive. They were amazing to work with. We received a lovely welcome gift of wine and chocolate and appreciated them also leaving things for making s'mores, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The view of the ocean was only from the master bedroom, but it was amazing! The neighborhood is just inside the 17 Mile Dr borders so you have to go through the guard gate. We were not told this at check in at the office so it did catch us by surprise. We just had to remember to have the paperwork from the property managers or give the address when we went through the guard gate and it was no problem at all. We got to travel the 17 Mile stretch without having to pay the toll, so that was nice. My only other note is that the owner requests no shoes to be worn in the house. I would have brought my supportive house slippers if I'd known that, but that was the only thing I would add to let people know about the home. We had a lovely time and felt well cared for!

Amazing experience! The pre-trip communication and check-in process was seamless. I was well informed by the agent, Marco about the property prior to arrival. Awesome time at the Pebble Beach House

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. As we got closer to our stay, property management folks were proactive about reaching out and making sure we were set with the directions to the house and check-in process. Marco was super helpful during the check-in process. He explained every little detail about how to navigate things at the home. The house itself was amazing. House matched the pictures on rental site. It had everything you would need to have a good time with the family. House location is also very good. It is situated near 17 miles drive entrance. Pebble Beach, Carmel and Monterey are close by. We ended up doing day trips to Monterey and Carmel. We also enjoyed dining at some popular restaurants close by. Our family had a good time during our stay there. We would love to come back in future.

This is a beautiful home in the hills overlooking Monterey Bay with easy access to all the area has to offer. The spacious house is situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood and has everything you need for a trouble-free stay. It’s the perfect location to unwind in comfort as you like or head-out to explore the restaurants, galleries, museums, shops, parks, golf courses, and natural beauty of the area. Perfection in a convenient location!

The home was beautiful, comfortable and spotless. What more could you want? It had it all. Very modern interior with all the conveniences of home. Plenty of comfortable places to sit and enjoy the view of the tree tops. (Great view of the ocean from upstairs master.) Extremely well-appointed kitchen, plenty of games, including a nice pool table in the garage. Wish we’d had time to utilize it. Super comfortable king beds in all three bedrooms, as well as nice large televisions. The home is about 2 miles from Poppy Hills Golf Course and about 10 minutes from Pebble Beach Golf Resort in a neighborhood of beautiful, unique homes. We would rent this place again in a NY minute.

Incredible rental

We had an absolutely wonderful visit to this property! 5 adults and one infant fit very comfortably in this home. One of our favorite rentals we've ever stayed in. The home is pristinely clean, and extremely well appointed with everything you need. The property management company was very easy to communicate with throughout the stay. The property is just a minute inside the gates to Pebble Beach, so it is super conveniently located to both Monterrey and Carmel by the Sea. The home has a very open feel and lots of space for everyone to hang out together comfortably. The only thing missing was a bathtub, but baby got his first shower instead! We would absolutely stay here again!

Exceptional Home in Pebble Beach

This home is absolutely exquisite top to bottom in the gated community of Pebble Beach. The pictures do not do it justice. The finishes, decor, and furnishings are beautiful with premium appliances like Miele, Bosch, and Viking brands in the kitchen. Even the garage was pristine, featuring the cleanest epoxy floor I have ever seen, universal Level 2 EV charging station, and pool table. They anticipated everything we needed for our 12-day stay.
