« The staff: Shirley, Taylor and Carmen were very friendly. Property grounds are very large and beautiful. The view from our balcony was incredible. The decór throughout the hotel is very charming. It does feel like a village from the movie Encanto. The only issue is that food options are limited in the evening. Breakfast can be improved and the jacuzzi looked dated. Otherwise, I would highly recommend El Eden for a relaxing getaway. »

« The location was closed to the city. Hotel is set up in a private gated property that was a large farmhouse "finca" It had individual small cabins for 2 people to 7 people. Not very big, but comfortable. The pool and the facilities were great. Gym, Clay Tennis court, small soccer field and plenty of places for a walk. The host and assistance team are highly professional and over all friendly making the stay extra pleasant .
