PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – In the heart of Le Marche region, halfway between the Adriatic coast and the stunning Sibillini Mountains, lies Montegiorgio, a small village surrounded by rolling hills, olive groves and the characteristic landscapes of Le Marche countryside. Here stands Casa Felice, a charming villa with swimming pool, lovingly transformed by its Norwegian owners, who carefully adapted the property to welcome guests from all over the world. The interiors, simple and cozy, create a warm and informal atmosphere, ideal for enjoying a holiday surrounded by nature and sharing special moments together. The outdoor areas are one of the property’s greatest highlights. The garden, enriched with peach and cherry trees as well as several relaxation areas, is perfect for children to play and for adults to spend peaceful moments outdoors. The large gazebo with dining table and brick barbecue is ideal for al fresco lunches and summer dinners surrounded by the colors of the countryside. A short path leads to the beautiful swimming pool, the true gem of the villa: from here guests can enjoy wonderful open views over the rolling hills, especially enchanting at sunset. The sunbathing area, equipped with comfortable loungers, offers the perfect space to relax and take in the scenery. Completing the experience is a small vegetable garden where the owners grow seasonal produce, with fresh tomatoes, zucchini and other vegetables available to guests during the summer, harvested directly from the land. The property is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay.

The villa is on three levels. On the ground floor, the main entrance opens onto the kitchen, the heart of the house, featuring a central island and direct access to the garden. A working fireplace and a spacious dining table make this area ideal for enjoyable evenings together, even during the colder months. A short corridor leads to a guest bathroom and a pantry and further on to a small sitting room with sofas and a TV corner. From here, there is access to a partially enclosed veranda, consisting of a dining area and a lounge corner furnished with wicker sofas and armchairs. The upper floor is reached via an internal staircase (with narrow treads and high risers) and includes a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and the master bedroom (air-conditioned) with en-suite bathroom with both shower and bathtub. This room also has access to a small terrace. On the second floor there is a double bedroom (air-conditioned), a bedroom with two single beds (air-conditioned) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Up to 2 pets are allowed.
