« The staff was amazing! We had trouble with the smoke alarm going off several times. There first time was the night we arrived. All we had to do was reset it! There next time it went off was at midnight, we reset it! The third time was 6 in the morning, we couldn’t get it to stop. The alarm was hard wired, we couldn’t just take out the batteries. « They knock at the door at 11 sharp. I said I needed a little more time as I was sick at washroom. They rang the phone, knock at the door every 3-4 minutes (llouder and louder) until I left at 11h40. The front desk guy, Non-stop!
When I left, the room maid was simply doing another room.
I never saw this in other hotel, front desk man becoming litterally crazy at 11 sharp for checkout time! »
