« What a great place. A short distance to both downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain Park. Look out over gently rolling Fall River and listen to it while sleeping. Isolated even though close to everything. Well appointed except for the kitchen. But who comes to Estes to cook. The hosts were congenial and helpful and right on sight. We were here in May but hope to come back in the summer or fall. »

« This beautiful studio residence is the perfect getaway spot. It had everything we needed and we particularly appreciated the Starbucks coffee!! Nestled in the mountains, we had amazing views, including several wildlife visitors like elk, magpies, and bunnies right outside our doors. « Wonderful location, with convenient access to the lake and many restaurants, bars, etc. My wife and I were able to go cross country skiing on frozen Grand Lake, which is just a few hundred feet away. Rental is very clean and modern throughout. The owner, Erick, is very kind and a good communicator. We had a great time and hope to return again soon! »

« We did not receive check in instructions and had very limited cell coverage in order to find contact information for the manager. When we found the address, we were confused as the building is a mixed use type property with businesses and apartments. The sign outside of our address showed that there a was a massage business inside.
