« There were a few maintenance issues that did not cause any real problems for us but need attention. The bed supports look like they could give way in the future, the bathtub drain needed to be cleared to drain properly, and we could not find a drain stopper for the kitchen sink. The hot tub (not part of the unit) was not clean, and only 2 of the jets appeared to work. »

« Big Bear Lodge was perfect for our two week stay in Steamboat Springs (as a couple). Everything was exactly as described and exactly as pictured. Tom was a very responsive and helpful host.Self check in was super easy. The place was spotless. There were loads of essentials provided. Herbs and oil for cooking, kitchen towels, coffee and filters for the coffee machine, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, plenty of toilet paper, spare towels, dishwasher soap and supplies for the washing machine....

« Great place to stay, when they say right across the street from the village. Walk across the parking lot down a sidewalk, and your their. Perfect for a couple or a friend clean great views of the Valley. Going downtown ? Pick up the bus from the village.. would for sure stay again. »

« We had an amazing stay regardless of the pictures not matching the condo itself. I'm not sure which condo that picture was taken from, but it definitely was not the one we stayed in. We had a view of the parking lot. When I contacted the realtor, I was told to read the description. I'm sorry, but the picture should match the actual condo. That was a big disappointment. Also, there should've been a nice letter giving the wifi user and password, directions on the use of the washing machine/dryer...

« We had a great stay at this condo. Everything was clean & well maintained. Access to and from the unit was great. The ski-in after a long day was super convenient. The walk out to the mountain in the morning was what we expected after reading the reviews. A little more signage/directions about that walk to the slope would have been nice. We would suggest walking the route in sun light & before putting all your gear on to find the quickest access. »

« Cozy ski condo walkable to the slopes with really helpful access to ski locker at the base of the mountain. Hot tub and pool were great. Good for kiddos to share the bunk room. Cozy fireplace. »

« Came in for skiing. We were very happy with the accomodations. Very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed including a crock pot. They have pretty much though of everything. Would highly recommend. »
