« It's a cute little old house in downtown Monroe. We traveled for a wedding nearby. It perfectly fits 5 persons. The backyard is very nice. The kitchen has been fully remodeled and the appliances are new also. Parking for at least 2 cars. A couple of details, we were 4 and there were just 3 towels. The whole house was clean but we found a dead cockroach in the main bedroom. Everything else was good. »

« We rented the house for UGA graduation weekend for our daughter. House had plenty of rooms and accessories to make our stay confortable. The house is close to UGA and stores and restaurants. The property owners were quick to respond to questions and made us feel welcome. »

« We went to Georgia for a special Vampire Diaries themed sweet sixteen girls weekend. We picked this place for its location and conveniences to the center of town and surrounding businesses.The check in process was easy and had no difficulty with access to the rental or using the amenities. The only problem we encountered was the keurig machine was broken. We let the host know and they replaced it within 24hrs with a brand new keurig. Our host was responsive and very pleasant. "I liked the proximity to restaurants and shopping areas. Well located. I found my room clean. The housekeeper passed everyday to ask what needs to be replaced in the room. It's a pretty calm neighborhood. The breakfast is basic. The internet connection has trouble sometimes. Overall, it's a good ratio quality/price. One false note is that I needed help with my TV one day and it was not easy to get help. I called the front desk and I was told someone will come within minutes. No one came. My subsequent calls were not even picked up. I have to go to the front desk and insist. After that, the problem was solved right away. "
