All areas of the house and property are available for guests.
Other things to note
- The pool is available from June 15 - September 1.

- Early check-in and late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm the availability of early check-in and/or late checkout one day in advance. We charge a fee of $25 for this service, since we will need to coordinate with our on-site manager, and sometimes we will need to pay a cleaning rescheduling fee.

- If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that.

I want to make sure you have a pleasant, hassle-free stay! To ensure you have the best experience possible and to maintain the property and the good relationship with the community, here are additional house rules:

• Lost keys or forgotten keys incur a replacement fee; the minimum charge is $300

• Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited

• The fee for bringing an unauthorized pet is $500. I appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy.

• Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out charge is $500 plus the equivalent amount of the night(s) impacted

• Unregistered additional guests will be charged $150 each
