Welcome to our Monroe, Ohio home-away-from-home retreat. This home is a great choice whether you are traveling for work or pleasure. We are happy to accommodate you for a short-term or long-term stay.

This is a two-story home, so guests need to be able to climb steps in order to get to the double queen bedroom and the entertainment in the basement area.

The living area is the home`s heartbeat, successfully combining the relaxing living room with an inviting dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to illuminate the space throughout the day. The hardwood flooring, and tasteful décor create a feeling of warmth and coziness.

Three comfortable bedrooms are designed to offer all the rest you need after a long day of exploring the exciting city of Monroe. The home offers relaxation and comfort, and we can`t wait for you to experience it for yourself.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am every day.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home. In some instances, we may need to modify your reservation and/or move you to another property. In those instances, it is agreed that there will be no host cancellation fee if you are not agreeable to the changes and we have to cancel your reservation.
