Lo Scorcio Sul Mare is a lovely studio house for vacation rental in Puglia, in a residence within walking distance of the sea and the pretty coves of Capitolo, a seaside resort on the Adriatic Sea between Monopoli and Savelletri.
The 3-bed vacation home is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, kitchen with dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle.
Lo Scorcio Sul Mare is located inside the Apulia Village with indoor parking (not assigned) with automatic gate. Pets allowed.

The studio apartment stands in a village with other vacation homes. There is ample parking with unassigned parking spaces.
The
studio house is cozy and modern, furnished with everything you need to
spend vacations a few steps from the sea. There is an open kitchen with
dining room, 1 single sofa bed and 1 double bed.
The
cottage is completed by 1 newly renovated shower room and a comfortable
sea view terrace equipped with table and chairs under a wooden canopy,
with sink and outdoor shower: perfect for spending time outdoors.

Lo Scorcio Sul Mare is located in Capitolo, an Apulian seaside resort just 6 km from Monopoli and
Savelletri. The vacation cottage is part of the Apulia Village, about
350 meters from the characteristic sandy coves set along the Adriatic
coast. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
