Welcome to Monmouth Family Retreat, a vibrant and contemporary home base for your Oregon adventures. This spacious single-level home is set on a half-acre in a peaceful neighborhood, offering a comfortable and stylish setting for up to eight guests.

Unwind in the contemporary living room, featuring plush seating and a cozy wood fireplace perfect for cool evenings. For a quiet moment, retreat to the sunlit sunroom, which offers delightful views of the garden. The adjacent dining area seats six, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals.

This home features four thoughtfully designed bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms to ensure a restful stay.

- Primary Bedroom: A relaxing sanctuary with a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom.

- Second Bedroom: A comfortable room with a queen bed and peaceful yard views.

- Third Bedroom: A fun, kid-themed room with a bunk bed.

- Fourth Bedroom: Features a twin bed with a trundle, plus a dedicated children's play area with books and toys.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full and private access to the entire single-level home, including all four bedrooms, the living areas, and the kitchen. You will also have exclusive use of the private fenced backyard, patio, BBQ grill, playground, game room, and hot tub.



Check-in is simple and convenient with our self check-in process using a secure smart lock. You will receive your unique access code prior to arrival.

- Security: For your peace of mind, exterior security cameras are in place, monitoring the driveway area and front entrance. There are no cameras inside the property or in private backyard spaces.

- Family-Friendly: We provide a children's play area with books and toys to keep the little ones entertained.

- Pet friendly with additional $100 pet fee. Dogs only, cats are not permitted.

- Garage Access: Please note that the garage door is out of service and permanently locked. The garage is not available for guest use or parking, and we kindly ask that you do not attempt to open or operate the garage door during your stay.
