Contentement Point - Belle Maison Lakefront - Smith Mountain Lake

Notre maison de quatre chambres / deux salles de bain est situé sur un acre de terrain en pente douce, avec de l'eau sur trois cÎtés. La vaste pelouse verte a beaucoup d'arbres d'ombrage, et une salle pour jouer ou se détendre. Il ya une table de pique-nique à quelques pieds de la belle Smith Mountain Lake.
Cette maison nouvellement décorées est spacieux et ensoleillé. Il ya quatre chambres plus une salle de la Floride avec un futon qui fait un lit double. La grande salle familiale a un canapé pleine grandeur et causeuse. Il ya deux salles de bains, un grand porche pour se détendre et manger, et une table de ping-pong dans la salle de jeu.
Notre maison a climatisation centrale et plusieurs ventilateurs de plafond. Les installations comprennent TV couleur, lecteur DVD, magnétoscope, un lecteur stéréo AM / FM / cassette, une laveuse, sécheuse et lave-vaisselle.
Smith Mountain Lake est connu pour la pĂȘche; et nous avons 175 pieds de rivage pour tester votre habiletĂ©. Le quai couvert est disponible pour la pĂȘche, l'amarrage de votre bateau, ou en regardant le coucher du soleil. Un barbecue Ă  gaz et une table de pique-nique sont fournis pour votre plaisir de manger en plein air.

Nice week!

The house is nice - it’s is older but it’s very clean and has had some updating. There were 7 of us and it never felt cramped. Parking was also good. Location is good and the views are incredible. The only disappointing thing is the dock is completely unusable for a Pontoon as it is a very small floating dock. We ended up having to take it to a marina every night which was pretty inconvenient. Owners are very responsive. If you don’t have a or a small fishing boat this is a good stay!

This place is awesome

This place is perfect bigger then expected the game room was a hit with our 4 kids it also very clean....I appreciate the fact there was a broom and cleaning supplies available with 4 kids vacation is the same chores different place we spent a lot of time on the lake the dock was prefect for Putting paddle boards in the water definitely would love to stay again..

Good Family Vacation

Great location and lake access with lots of shoreline. An older lake house but in fairly good shape. Floating dock takes a beating from boat wakes so keep that in mind when docking a boat. A few minor maintenance issues but Steve was always available to discuss. I'm sure they will be delt with and fixed. Overall, a very good experience.

Wonderful place on the point

We had a wonderful stay at your home. The house is much larger than it looks! It’s actually a 4 bedroom with 3 full baths! Super clean inside when we arrived. The water can be rough by the dock especially during the weekend. The orange ball/bumper was a lifesaver for docking our boat safely. The views are spectacular and the sunsets are amazing. The owners are very responsive to questions. We are already looking at dates for a return week.

Big lot, good location for shopping and dining

Spent a week in July and brought my ski boat with the family and friends. Clean, good swimming off the dock and very close boating distance to dining , arcade , mini golf , and live music . Be sure to ask about timed play at the arcade, much more affordable. Far too much boat traffic to tie up your boat to the floating dock for very long, it’s just too rough. We just used an anchor and tied it up out in the water for the longer breaks and overnight. It’s fine for boarding and loading though. The brand new floating dock was very nice and the view down lake was great. The ice cream boat came by around 10:30 AM each day. We also went tubing at Explore park in Roanoke county and did the ropes courses and zip lines. We took our own tubes and saved some money on the shuttle. The walk was about 20 minutes

Lovely LakeHouse

Check in was super easy. House was exactly as advertised. No stairs to the lake was fantastic! There was a lot of boat traffic while we were there but that is no fault of the owners or property. I guess just everyone trying to get a little bit more lake time before the weather gets bad.. Lots of lake front areas to fish from. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Oh and I can't forget.... the sunset there is incredible!!!
