« The week spent in this house was truly a great week. The house is beautiful and practical, the pool is big, clean and does not contain too much chlorine. It possible to play table tennis, table football and football. There are enough bathrooms, two kitchens and swings for the kids. The sea and the city Pesaro are not too far away. Last but not least, the hosts are very nice. The fridge was filled when we arrived and they made delicious pizza for us. Definitely recommendable! »

« We (4 adults and 4 children) had a wonderful holiday in a fantastic property. The modern farmhouse is surrounded by cornfields and in around 15-20 minutes by car you are at the beach. The house has very good facilities. The kitchen has everything you need and the garden is just huge...same is the pool...just amazing! Outside there is enough seating available for dining as well as lounge chairs to relax by the pool area. The owner was extremely hospitable and helpful! We already had some drinks...

« The villa was everything we expected and more. We had an amazing view from the patio on the rolling hills outside Mondavio. Within a 10 min walk there are a couple of nice restaurants in the historic centre of Mondavio. The surroundings are nice and quiet. The hosts were very nice and were at our disposal within 5 mins if we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay! »

« We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Lorenzo en Luana. Er stonden hapjes, taart en een gekoelde fles Prosecco klaar. Er was ook van alles voorzien voor het ontbijt (toastbrood, choco, jam, koffie,...). Tijdens het verblijf kregen we ook nog een quiche (gebakken door de dochter) en fruit aangeboden. Es gab die Woche zwei Kleinigkeiten zu beheben, die in in Windeseile von Roberto selbst erledigt wurden. Einmal hatten wir kein warmes Wasser und ein anderes Mal konnte das Tor an der Einfahrt nicht geöffnet werden. Da wir dadurch nicht zum Bäcker fahren konnten hat Roberto uns entsprechend versorgt. Although 40 min drive to Ancona / the coast, the location for us was nothing less than fabulous. Visited several wineries in the neighbourhood as well as a olive oil maker. Contact with owner is very prompt and smooth; check-in and check-out effortless. »

« The apartment was very clean very quiet very private. You had your own outside eating area and somewhere to hand your clothes to dry after the beach . The beach was a 5 minute walk and shops were two minutes so very central for a long lazy week away enjoying the sun and beach. Lucia wax the best hostess you could have very helpful when we had a problem with our bikes and offered us a lift to the station when we left but also gave you your privacy. I really can’t say how much we enjoyed our stay...
