« Nous y sommes demeurés 4 nuits et nous avons cet apprécié notre séjour. Certes, à une certaine distance de Rotorua mais après l’effervescence de ses lieux touristiques, le calme de Cherry Cottage était apaisant. Nous recommandons fortement. »

« No cooktop, no freezer compartment to keep ice blocks cold. No top sheet on either single bed, light over bathroom sink does not work, windows were filthy inside and out, floor between toilet and wall was dirty, no hand towel or face cloth provided. Only wine glasses provided for drinks. Only one mirror in unit, none in bedrooms. We can’t believe this place meets even minimum standards for guest accommodations. Only one tea towel provided, hot plate had no instructions and only Chinese labels...

« A great cabin to stay in, with everything we needed and more. Loved the extra touches like the eggs and stocked pantry. Estuary is around the corner with loads of trout fishermen - was fascinating to see! Thanks for a great stay »

« Neighbouring properties made us very nervous to start with. No issues though and enjoyed our stay. Made the booking through a different website. Charged us for an extra night. Tried to communicate prior to check in. No luck and no reply. Overall experience very disappointing. Scared to use Bookabach or Bachcare again. »

« Awesome property, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Only thing I would change is the bed and pillows, as both myself and my partner woke up stiff and sore every morning that we stayed. I ended up having to use my oodie as a pillow. Otherwise this little cottage is an awesome stay and would highly reccomend! Thank you! »

« Stunning house, very clean, amazing views. Probably not ideal for young kids being right on the cliff. Also one of the bedrooms is located outside the house where young children might not feel comfortable sleeping. Gas ran out after our first night, Property Manager did sort the issue out but we had limited hot water & heating for half a day which isn't ideal, perhaps something that should be checked prior to guests arriving. »

« We had a lovely family holiday at Lake Tarawera over Easter. The days were warm but the mornings and evenings a bit chilly, so the fire was very welcome to have. The house was very well appointed and there were plenty of activities on site like air hockey, table tennis and foosball. As well as being close to the lake for walks around the edge and not too far from the mountain bike park. Would definitely recommend »

« Beautiful view of the lake taken in from the super comfy armchairs. Enjoyed swimming, paddleboarding and relaxing by the water. Lucky enough to see a plane landing, the airport is very close but really quiet and not a disturbance at all. Short drive into town with loads of shops nearby too. »

« Tout était parfait. Seul hic est devant la fenêtre de notre chambre il y avait un mur blanc…. Tellement ennuyeux ! 3 jours devant ce mur blanc. Aucune prise USB pour charger nos appareils. »

« Endroit charmant. Grande proximité avec les oiseaux et les canards. Logement très agréable. Très bonne literie. La piscine et le spa sont un plus, surtout avec des enfants. Débit wifi limité lors de notre séjour. Chambres non climatisées. Terrasse non couverte, sans parasol. »
