Brand new, modern, private, and cozy 430 sq. ft apartment across from city park!

Perfect for 1-2 people! Please view all of the pictures as well ad reading about the space. This is a one bedroom unit attached to our newly built garage, has a queen (with an adjustable base) and a twin-size bed in the bedroom. The couch pulls out to a twin bed in the living room as well.

**If you have a boat, we can possibly accommodate parking in our backyard or garage if arranged ahead of time. Our rental is very private and guests rarely see us after check in, if at all. We have many repeat guests who love our cozy little place.

The kitchenette has an air fryer oven, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, a one-burner hot plate, and small sized cookware for your use. We have accommodated guests for long term stays of multiple weeks and they were able to make complete meals with what our kitchenette provided. You can also use our Blackstone or propane grill if you want to grill. There are two split cooling/heating units to keep you warm or cool during your stay. If a guest prefers to stay on an air mattress instead of the pullout couch, just let us know and we can provide one. We know that aging backs may not find a sofabed comfy.

*******We will allow hunting dogs in the garage only as long as guest provides the kennel. Garage temp is kept at 55 degrees in the winter and no dogs have complained about it yet. ;)

This unit is non-smoking indoors and outdoors so we appreciate the understanding. After the day spent in the area, sit out on the deck attached to the unit and enjoy the quiet of our great town! Or turn on the 55” TV and fireplace to relax! There are Hulu and Netflix accounts to use in the rental. We do have 3 Ring cameras on our property, with one being above the garage doors on the opposite side of this unit and the other two at the front and back door of our home.

If you want to check in early on the first day of your stay, just let us know an estimate of your arrival and it can possibly be ready a couple hours early.
