Welcome to the Rim View Lodge, where comfort and practicality set you up for great adventures!

Whether you’re hiking, biking, climbing, rafting or exploring all the amazing wonders of Moab, this townhome will be your basecamp as your home away from home to relax and enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets that Moab has to offer. Only 5 miles from downtown Moab, 11 miles away from Arches National Park and 36 miles from Canyonlands National Park, you’re close enough to two of The Mighty Five National Parks in Utah, yet far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab.


For the price of a hotel room, you can spend your time away in a fully furnished townhome that is stocked with everything you may need to feel right at home while enjoying Moab’s Red Rock Country. This unit has two Master Bedrooms, each with ensuite baths. Enjoy BBQing off the back patio with views of the Moab Rim. You can sit and relax on the two patios equipped with tables and chairs, with views of the La Sal Mountains and Moab’s beautiful red cliff right outside your backdoor. Amenities include a community pool, hot tub, playground, and tennis/basketball court for your enjoyment. 

We have TWO assigned parking spots right in front of our Townhome. There also is ample on-street parking for additional trailers, jeeps and RZR’s.

We have secure bicycle storage and racks at the entrance of the townhome.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, dishware, cookware and small appliances. Antibacterial gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has toilet paper, hotel size shampoo, body bar soap and hand soap in the bathrooms. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided) All bed linens, shower towels, washcloths and pool towels are provided. There is a Keurig and regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee or K cup of your choice!

Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.
Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to in-climate weather.
Please advise friends/family/renters to shower before entering pool/hot tub. People getting in without showering first makes water dirtier/grimy and requires more use of chemicals.

Guests can access the whole property except a couple of closets at the entrance of the townhome and in the Master bedroom. The property has ground floor access and the bedrooms are on the first floor.

We stayed 9 nights. On arrival, some dishes were dirty, but I help my mother with a rental and this is a common problem. Do people not know how to use dishwashers? They put away dirty dishes -- it is not practical to examine each dish prior to the next rental so I note this as a fact but not really a negative. This was a fine place to stay except for the bed. It was so hard, I could not sleep on it and after several nights slept on the couch. That was better but not great. I would not go back. We backcountry camp so I do not have a problem sleeping on a thin camping pad, but this bed had no give. I considered buying one to put on the bed but seemed ridiculous when I have a couple at home. For some this may not be a problem so this would be a fine rental (it did not bother my husband). One other point, only 1 washcloth & bath towel was provided per person -- again really inadequate for a 9 day rental. Do I want to wash towels everyday to have a washcloth? Ridiculous. If you rent here, I would simply ask that more be left out (there are obviously more in a locked closet). Some people will leave a giant stack of dirty towels, but if you ask at the beginning of the stay (not the last night) to put in the wash as the guests leave, you are much more likely to get the desired result.

We loved the 2 king bedrooms with attached bathrooms. It was a great spot to explore Arches and Canyonlands. The kitchen was well equipped including spices and a welcome bottle of wine! The owners were very responsive to any questions and very easy to work with! We really enjoyed our stay!

We were two couples traveling in Utah to visit the National Parks and Monuments. We were spending more time in the Moab area, so stayed at the rental townhome as a central location. We did not spend much time there, just for breakfasts, planning our days, laundry and relaxing a few hours in the evening.It was the perfect place for our needs.

The home was in a great location to enjoy the national parks as well as nearby hikes. We enjoyed being close to the center of Moab but far enough away to be quiet. It was very clean and well stocked. I would definitely come back again.

Property was well kept and clean. Great communication with property owner. Exceeded our expectations as there were many consumable supplies on hand. As a guest you only need your clothing and personal items. Had a welcome bottle of wine waiting for us on the kitchen counter and chocolate on the nightstand.

This is a great property, and we loved our stay. The location was excellent and we definitely felt at home while we explored Moab and all the nearby parks. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of the full 5 stars was because of a mildew smell upstairs coming from a random/unexplained wet area on the floor. The smell was quite strong. The hosts were a little slow to respond because they were travelling, so we didn't get it resolved during our stay. They seemed like great hosts, but I would recommend that they have a backup contact to cover things like this if they aren't fully available. It wasn't a big deal. Just a little disappointing on an otherwise excellent stay That being said, it really was a great property! I would definitely stay there again.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed during our one week stay in Moab. The property has two master suits, along with a modern washer/dryer setup, which worked out great. Nice open living area with a fully equipped kitchen and flat screen television. Beautiful views of the sunrise and close to town. You will like this property.

Our family of four had a great stay over Thanksgiving. Kitchen was well-equipped with modern appliances and lots of bonus items like a nice blender and storage containers for leftovers. There are two master suites upstairs, each with private bathroom, and half bath downstairs. The water heater is tankless, so no running out of hot water when everyone is trying to shower after hiking. Overall, a very clean and comfortable stay.
