Moab Escape: Red Cliff Retreat Near Arches

This beautifully decorated condo is the perfect place to stay in Moab with access to the community pool and hot tub. It is also close to Arches National Park and Sand Flats Recreation Area. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home sleeps 7 guests.

Come spend your Moab vacation surrounded by red rocks in this beautifully decorated condo! Whether you come to Moab to adventure or just to relax and enjoy the scenery, this is the perfect basecamp for your family. This amazing condo will allow you to kick back and relax after a full day of adventuring. The condo is located on the top floor, with open vaulted ceilings that gives you a big open feeling. The patio has outdoor furniture, a BBQ/Smoker, and a great view of the pool, mountains and valley.

Bedroom #1 has a King-size bed with huge walk-in closet (twin bed located in), mirror, TV and en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each offer queen beds. There is a pack 'n play if you are traveling with a baby as well.

The kitchen has been recently updated with all the amenities needed for your stay. Extras include: large comfortable kitchen nook, silent built-in dishwasher, newer kitchen appliances, and microwave.

Other amenities include: Cable TV, Central AC and heating, ceiling fan, washer and dryer, and RV parking for your use.

Moab is truly remarkable and is considered by many to be the Adventure Capital of the World. Nestled between two towering red cliff walls with the Colorado River to the north and the La Sal Mountains to the south, opportunities for breath-taking views and adventures are endless. Popular recreation activities include: hiking, river rafting, mountain biking, canyoneering, ziplining, scenic airplane and helicopter tours, skydiving, horseback riding, paddleboarding, jeep tours, hummer tours, and exploring Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. 6. 30 day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and additional cleaning fee (Please inquire).
This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the following house rules listed are met.

8. You’ll love this beautiful rural area and location. Native wildlife and insects share this amazing world too. To keep out the wildlife, bugs and critters, please remember to close doors and windows that don’t have screens on them. Don’t leave food out or crumbs on the counters, tables, furniture or beds to help keep those unwanted pests out. The home and property is treated regularly, seeing dead bugs doesn’t mean there is an infestation but that the treatment is working.

Parks trip around Moab

Nice place, lots of room for me, wife and 2 adult kids. Much better than a hotel. We all enjoyed the parks (Dead Horse SP, Arches NP, and Canyonlands NP). Great place to visit!

Great stay!

We stayed for two nights in July of 2024. We had a great time and found the property to be very clean and just perfect for us. Be aware that this is a top floor property with no elevator though. The pool and hot tub were really nice too. When we lost hot water, the communication with the property manager was quick and efficient and she got it fixed right away!

Awesome Condo

We enjoyed this condo. Lots of beds. Washer and dryer. Swimming pool. The eco air conditioner was fine as soon as I got the hang of it. The only drawback for summer visit was 3rd floor walk up in the heat.🙂 Noticed that the balcony floor is a bit squishy near the storage room, but nobody fell through.

Loved this condo. The beds and pillows in all the rooms were comfortable, all the furniture was clean and comfy. The shower heads in the bathrooms put out plenty of water pressure. Loved the decor. We arrived earlier than expected and the cleaning company was very quick to respond to my messages and they were very friendly. They made a special trip to get our condo cleaned early for us and did a very good job. I will definitely stay here again. This whole experience made our stay in Moab that much better.

Moab property

The price was decent and the property was decent We requested non smoking and when we walked in the door it reeked of cigarette smoke. We had to open all the doors and windows and it was cold . The manager brought over spray. The ceiling fans had so much dust you could see it over the sides. The hall bedrooms had tons of dust under the beds. It didn't measure up to normal VRBO standards . Usually there is a welcoming basket and instructions on how to operate the television , etc. We brought some movies and there was no player. The fridge had ice cube trays that were cracked and leaked making frozen water on the shelves in the freezer. They need to pay more attention to their cleaning standards and thoughtfulness to the guest. Moab was wonderful! Lot's to do and see.

Good, quiet location. Listing is through a management company and they were responsive as was the housekeeping company. Was nice to have access to the pool/hot tub and a balcony. FYI, the management company has additional requirements not listed in the rental agreement.

Pretty condo, nice pool

Very nice stay. Clean condo on the edge of town. Pool and hot tub are a nice touch The only downside is, it’s on the 3rd floor with flights of outdoor steps to climb is not handicap accessible. Not ideal for bringing luggage up and down or a baby.

A very nice large condo for Moab

The condo is as advertised. First time in Moab. For Moab, the property is upscale. The only hitch we had was with the air conditioning thermostat settings (they're probably in need of some instructions). Sent a message thru Vrbo, and Jose the local property manager came out at 6 PM on Sunday and showed us how to use the A/C. Seemed like everyone on the planet went to Moab the same days we did. The Arches closed (no cars in) for periods during the day. So we took our grandson out to the pool while our daughter and son-in-law went downtown for a coffee. Went to the Arches in the afternoon after the crowds thinned out

Beautiful comfortable condo with attentive and helpful management.

We had an absolutely wonderful family vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us. The on-site manager was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
