Beautifully appointed and perfectly located just minutes from downtown Moab, this 2 bed/2 bath unit has everything you need for your stay in Moab!

Featuring an open concept, comfortable living space this 2-level townhome is conveniently located just a five minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village Vista complex. Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista community is a private, quiet and beautifully landscaped community with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (open April - October), hot tub (open year round), tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic area and playground. You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area!

The home has the perfect configuration for two families or groups. Both bedrooms in this home are master suites with their own attached bathrooms. The queen sofa sleeper in the living room also provides extra sleeping space.

Prepare meals together in the fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim. The nearby community pool and hot tub are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!

The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

Great place

We loved the location and the rental was exceptional clean and everything we needed. There were 2 parking spots outside our rental which was fantastic! The pool was not close but in walking distance and was newly renovated. We would definitely stay there again.

Good location. It would be so appreciated if one pool was designated for kids and one for adults. Bed and pillows could of been more comfortable for sure. Back patio and grill were great.

The perfect adventure, home away from home

I brought my 80 year old mom to check out arches and canyon lands, and this was the most wonderful place for us to stay in order to access all the parks! At night it was a perfect way to wind down after a long day of hiking to take a couple laps in the pool and hang out in the hot tub meeting interesting people from all over the place. We highly recommend this to any future travelers!

Clean and Conveniently Located

The property was clean and the furnishing were comfortable. There were adequate kitchen supplies, I appreciated the hand soap/dish soap /laundry supply boxes provided. Arches NP is a 10 minute drive away and Canyonlands NP is about 30 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants and shops/grocery with a couple minute drive. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Great place to stay in Moab

This was a great condo to stay in. Plenty of room for our family. The beds were very comfy including the hide a bed in the living room! Two things that caught me off guard was that the washing machine was broken. I had packed lighter knowing I had a washer and dryer and was not notified of this before getting there. The other second one was that the views of the canyon walls from the back patio and master bedroom are now blocked by a new condo that must have been built after the pictures were taken. That being said we still enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable and the hot tub after our long days of hiking was fabulous.

Some inaccurate images

When I make a reservation, I always check the images of the outside spaces. I loved the views of the mountains from the patio and they were a deciding factor for my rental this particular unit! BUT, these were old images and now the view is only other buildings. This was disappointing to me and I felt misleading. However, the unit's owner met us on arrival and was very nice and I had to reach out to the management company because my NAV system wouldn't bring up the address and they too were accommodating. The place was very clean, kitchen well stocked, all images of this were accurate. Needed a chair or stool or something like that in the bedrooms, which were upstairs. It does feel more like a rental unit than some VRBO's are (slightly sparse), but it was still comfortable and pleasantly decorated. It's close to the town of Moab. I understand from local conversation that it's difficult to find good condition rentals in Moab, so we got lucky here. Other than needing to update or remove those images, we were pleased with our stay.

Nice stay outside of town.

Condo is comfortable. Cleaning is below par. The floorboards and corners were full of red dust, fingernail clippings, an earring etc. Sheets had some staining. Condo is next to construction which started promptly at 6am, making it tough for kids to sleep in or take a nap during the hot time of the day. A little further outside of town than I anticipated.

Comfortable home near Moab

The property was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was beautiful and we felt at ease walking in the area. The property service responded quickly when we realized the grill gas was empty. There is construction in the area right now, but should be done soon.

Great condo for a Moab week. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the condo. Most everything you would expect is furnished in this rental. Beds were comfortable, furnishing were nice. It’s a quick drive to city center. Responses were quick from management. It’s close to the hwy so if your sensitive to noise when sleeping you may want some ear plugs.
