The house was clean and just 10 minutes from town, and about 20 minutes from Arches National Park.It’s quiet and private, with everything you need for a comfortable stay — towels, kitchenware, soap, shampoo, and body lotion are all provided.Just a heads-up: if you plan to cook, you’ll need to bring your own seasonings and condiments

1 - nicely decorated, we had friends that stayed in the same complex and visited each other. Although both places were the same, ours was definitely nicer/better upgraded. 2 - having a two car garage was awesome, we were able to back the Tacoma in every night with the two dirt bikes in the bed so no loading and unloading or security issues (not that I felt there would be any issues in the neighborhood but you never know these days). It was also handy to lay out the gear from the day to air out and dry. The garage was also great to work on the one bike, as we had an electrical issue that needed fixed. 3 - the view from the outdoor porch and living room where great and although it’s in a complex, it still felt private enough. 4 - the only issue we had was the one night the door lock failed despite using the correct code. We called the service number and we were told “I’m out of town so I will see if I can get someone else to help you but I’m not sure if that’s possible and that there is no key or other way into the property”. 😳? Anyway, we received a text about 5-10 minutes later stating someone will be there in about 15 minutes. Miguel came and found the issue was with the door jamb putting pressure on the lock bolt and not allowing the lock to open fully. In my opinion having a key in a lockbox or a garage keypad code would have at least got us in, especially if no one was able to respond, it was 11 pm, we didn’t even have keys to the cars to go somewhere else.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience. The property was immaculately clean and well maintained, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Communication was excellent. Overall, our experience at this VRBO was AMAZING!

Hi, my family of 5 stayed here for a week over spring break. The condo is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood about 7 minutes outside of downtown Moab. It was extremely clean, roomy, nicely decorated and well-stocked. We loved the views from the living room windows. The pool and hot tub are just pretty basic, but the kids had fun playing everyday after hiking. Would definitely stay here again.

This was such a nice property! The listing doesn't make this clear, but it has a 2 car garage. The decorations and art were fantastic, we wish our house were decorated this nicely! Lots of space, great kitchen, newer washer and dryer. Great views through the big windows! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Moab.

We booked last minute- two days before arriving. It was a little concerning if we were going to make it through the background check and get cleared in time, but the morning of our arrival the info came through. The property was nice. The kids loved the pool, which was still warm enough to play in, even in late October. I just wish the pool was a little easier to find. Everything was as expected. Beds were comfy. Neighborhood was super quiet.

Property was very clean and well equipped. AC was very welcome in the August Moab heat. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. Lots of space to store luggage/gear/kiKind of wish we had planned a few more days in Moab, it was nice to get away from normal life for a while, but we did extend our trip by another day and the host was quick to respond. A few things of note: the toaster looked like it had lost a fight with something much larger, but still functioned well. The window coverings in the living room were partially broken and we couldn't raise one window completely, several of the door stops were missing and looked like the threads had pulled out from the wall. I later found them in a kitchen drawer.

The property was very clean and spacious for our family of 6. The location was just south of downtown Moab and only a 20 min drive to the Arches National Park. The only complaint we had was the address for the property was listed as Spanish Valley Drive, but the unit was actually on Cold Springs Drive. We arrived after sunset and drove around the complex for a while before we found the unit. I would recommend this property for anyone that wants to visit the Arches or Canyonlands.

The unit is extremely spacious, bright and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The layout worked very well. The big picture windows in the living room looking out at the Moab rim are definitely a highlight. we enjoyed the Moab themed decor as well. We had a great time and would come back again!

This property exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with the house. It was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen had all of the basic necessities for our stay. They even had plastic bowls and cups that were perfect for my 3 yrar old. The master bedroom was gigantic and the bed was very comfy. My husband and I were there with 4 of our kids (21, 13, 9, and 3). I liked how the two spare bedrooms were separated from the area where the master was located. We had 6 people in the house and never felt crowded. Having the garage was a very nice bonus because it was over 90° every day during our stay. The house was in a neighborhood just a couple miles outside the center of town. The entire neighborhood property was well kept. I liked being a few miles away because it was quiet at night when we sat on the porch and had evening drinks. It was a very short walk to the neighborhood pool which my kids liked. The pool area was also very clean. We want to visit Moab again sometime in the next few years and we will definitely rent this particular house again!

We’ve stayed at several condos in this complex over the years. This layout is nice for a family and we did enjoy our stay. Decor is nice with many large photos, but the condo is definitely in need of maintenance. Nothing huge that warranted a call to the management company — but lots of little things that added up. For instance, broken blind cords, unclean/crusty dishes, heavily stained pillowcase, missing pillowcase, very limited kitchen furnishings/supplies, stinky fridge, burnt out lightbulbs, etc. I wouldn’t seek out this particular unit again.

Perfect location, just outside the hustle-bustle of downtown Moab. Gorgeous views from the property. Plenty of room to spread out in the three bedrooms. The property was immaculate! Some rentals include fun extras like games, movies, books and cooking spices. However, this unit did not. If you want those things you’ll need to bring them with you. It wasn’t a problem and we would definitely stay there again, just letting you know to come prepared.
