This luxury home designed, and custom built as a vacation rental will meet all your expectations. Great for 3 couples having your own suites. Located 5 minutes from downtown restaurants and shopping and 10 minutes to Arches National park is the perfect location for your trip to Moab. This contemporary masterpiece is stocked with everything you will need to make your stay with us a perfect 10. This homes comes with a 2 car garage and plenty of parking for all your toys. You will enjoy all the views Moab has to offer with large patios and custom built in fire pit for those amazing Moab nights with unmatched star gazing.

SLEEPER SOFA - A queen sleeper sofa is located family room.

You have access to 2 additional guest beds with memory foam which makes a super comfortable guest bed.

KITCHEN: This spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Large dining table seats eight. Double doors lead out to a large back patio equipped with BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting and outdoor seating, gas fire pit and 7 person private hot tub.

LIVING ROOM: This large living space offers a plenty of room for your group sectional couch, 3 comfortable chairs and lots of table space. Enjoy your favorite show on a 65" Smart TV and entertain system. Perfect for watching movies or the game. We have Direct Tv with a premier package for plenty of options.

GARAGE: Park your vehicles or toys in a oversized double car garage. There is a electric wench lift in each garage for easy removal and storage of your jeep top.

GAME ROOM: Located in the garage with Ping Pong Table(can be folded and stored) 55" Flat Screen TV, Dart Board

OUTDOOR PATIOS: Wrap around patio maximizes the spectacular red rock and La Sal mountain views. Grill your favorite meal on the BBQ and dine on the patio with a pergola cover and custom sun shade. We have a new 8 person spa purchased in 2019 for you to relax in after the long day of playing in the desert. Sit in the evening around the custom built fire pit with room for everyone.

PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 2 Paddle boards to use at Ken's Lake 5 minutes from home or float the Colorado river 10 minutes from home. Soft straps are provide to strap onto your car and take to the lake or river.

PRIVATE HEATED POOL: The property has large private heated pool that is operated year round.

HOT TUB ON PATIO: This hot tub is private and is open YEAR ROUND. It was purchased in 2022 and is always kept in pristine condition.

GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bath salts, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. There is a high chair and Pack- n- Play for the little ones.

COMFORT AND SAFETY: Heating and air conditioning along with Humidifiers are available in the home along with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.

The communication process was great, the pool was a good size for 7 adults, we didn't open the hot tub because the pool temp was nice and warm! The beds were comfy even the pull out in the living room. Kitchen well stocked. I would return! Thanks

The place is managed by an outside company that requires you sign their own paperwork outside of the Vrbo app. I thought that was a little much, however, many of the homes nowadays are run by companies and not people. Despite all the strictness, and constant text messages reminding about rules, the home with everything it was advertised to be. If you’re looking for privacy, this is definitely not the location as this home is sandwiched in between a bunch of other homes, however, that wasn’t a concern for us as we were focused on being outside on the trails. Plenty of cookware, the hot tub and swimming pool were nice additions, as well as the ping-pong table in the garage. Not that it mattered for us, but the Internet was horribly slow. Everyone was comfortable and that is all that matters for us at the end of the day.

The property is sweet for Moab with great views from the front porch. We had a bit of an issue with slow internet and the toilet overflowing. Team was quick to respond late at night and fixed everything. Great at communication and was very helpful throughout. The pool is somewhat heated. Location is sweet and just 5 mins from Main Street.

First I would say we had a great time overall, but there are some issues to address. The pictures are very deciving, I belive a few are from diffrent units they own (hot tub on the top deck with a view is not correct, dinning table with seating for 8, not correct) They do not show in the photos the apartments directly behind the yard looking into the back yard. Also they set the pools up in the unit next to it, side by side with a gate that can open, but is really thin and does not help keep the noise out. It is a battle of who has the louder speakers. Kitchen was did not have enough pots and pans (missing large boiling pot and needs more frying pans) Two upstairs bedrooms did not have TV's (if you built this for multiple couples, add TVs in all bedrooms for when people want to get away from the group) The upstairs patio looks like it is still getting finished, but the railing is not fully attached at the top and there is a gap that could cause a major issue. The pool is small, but big enough to hang out and still have fun. The BBQ does work, but I think needs to be re-jetted since is seems it was converted to natural gas not propane (runs low and takes a long time to heat up/cools quick if you open the lid for to long) Overall we had fun, properties management was great with getting back to us, just very disappointed when you arrive and the pictures you been looking at made you feel almost like you got catfished. (side note, there was not laundry detergent)

No privacy at all Sitting by the pool your in full view There’s a metal divide between properties and the neighbors were playing music for hours. There’s houses in the back that look over the fence, not shown in pics. The grill is connected to house gas butchers barely able to get hot enough to cook steaks. TV in living room was barely watchable
way way to hi. Pictures are misleading about pool, it’s very very small. For the money we will look elsewhere.

The home it self is very nice. The beds were very comfortable and each room had a bathroom, so i did like that. Our biggest issue was that we had missing items or things that didnt work. We did have ants in the home too, just in the kitchen area. The kids loved the pool. They do have unfinished work that still needs to be completed outside. All in all it was a good place. It just needs some things fixed. Im not sure if we would spend that much money again for what we got.

We didn't stay at White Rim due to a last-minute A/C issue, and we were offered a bigger home across the street called White Rim 3369. It was very nice! While it didn't have the private pool we preferred for our little kids' convenience, we enjoyed the community pool and had a lot of fun there. The home amenities were very nice, and the back patio was delightfully shaded in the afternoon and evenings. We also enjoyed the home's physical location, being a few minutes out of town and away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. We would stay here again. The property management was very responsive. We enjoyed Arches National Park and seeing the dinosaur prints at Mill Canyon.

Had a great outside area. The place was very nice. They don't have a big enough ac on it so you can't turn it down below 72 or it freezes up. It did freeze up on us while we were there, but they came out right away on a saturday and got it going again. It froze up on us due to a very dirty furnace filter. Had a great trip while there.

This was the perfect house for our family of 7 (all adults plus one teenager) to stay in. I was so grateful for the many thoughtful touches that made our stay that much better--the caddies in the bathrooms with items we may have forgotten, a well-appointed kitchen so I could cook easily each day, and a guest book with directions on how to work everything as well as suggestions for the area, it was lovely! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!!

Stayed here with friends. We booked this 2 days before we came out so it was a last minute booking and everything was as it should be. We were sooo glad! We came out for the Arches half marathon and that hot tub came in handy. Everything was as it seemed on listing. They even had little things for us in case we needed like chap stick, laundry detergent, coffee, maycup remover wipes and tampons. I mean, hey....a group of ladies appreciate that! 😆 they had a book with everything Moab you needed. Directions to things and check in/out process. Cute place nice view from hot tub and the hot tub was HOT as it should be. Thanks for letting us stay.

This was an amazing trip capped off by this very comfortable house Hot tub was a welcome accommodation after great hikes, rock climbing and UTVing. The house easily accommodates 6 adults with plenty of communal space. Also the fire pit table made evenings outside very enjoyable

This townhome was beautiful and had upscale soap, pillows, sheets and towels. We were so comfortable after a day of hiking Moab. Best was relaxing in the clean hot- tub. Location of townhome was close to restaurants, shops and hikes. We will not hesitate to book this townhome if we come back to the area.

The Condo in general was clean and well kept. We did however show up to the dishwasher being full of dirty dishes! The downstairs living area is relatively small, but for the room available it was adequately furnished. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers.

We really liked the location of the condo and it's easy access to the national parks in the area. The condo is laid out very nicely with plenty of room for a family of 5. The kitchen is well stocked with the basics. It was nice to have a garage too. We felt very at home during our stay.
