This beautiful open-concept, single-level townhome is conveniently located just a five-minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village complex. Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown!
The home has the perfect configuration for families and groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the patio while enjoying the stunning views. The views throughout the home, especially from the patio, are outstanding! Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim and La Sal mountains. In cooler months, relax by the gas fireplace after a long day of adventure. The nearby community pool and hot tub (open seasonally) are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!
