We offer contactless check-in. However, we are available to interact with our guests as much as they would like. We are passionate about all western Montana has to offer and happy to share our recommendations.

The historic University district contains beautiful older homes nestled in large tree lined streets. Perfect for taking stroll or an easy walk to the hip strip or downtown.

With smart locks we have a seamless self check-in process. We are available 24 hours a day to answer any questions or handle any issue that may arise. We are happy to interact as much or little as the guest prefers.

There is dedicated off-street parking which is a huge bonus in the university district. NOTE: THERE IS ONLY ONE PARKING SPOT. MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 9A - 5P , IT IS PERMIT PARKING ONLY ON THE STREET.

As an extra service to our guests, we can provide a baby high chair and/or pack-n-play travel bed, upon request, free of charge.
