« Kevin the host was amazing. He greeted us and gave us the history of the building and surroundings. It was an easy walk to EVERYTHING! Best time ever. »

« This was one of my better experiences at a hotel! The staff was so friendly and the location was perfect! The room and entire property was extremely clean! I will for sure be staying here during all my future San Antonio trips!! »

It's an older building but was very pleasant to stay in and seems to be really well insulated, the only sound you hear is if someone from the next room is going in or out their door. »

« great gym amenities and very accommodating and helpful staff »

« Our stay at The Monarch San Antonio during the Day of the Dead parade weekend was disappointing, especially for the price. Check-in was painfully slow, with only one employee working despite the busy weekend. Dining was concerning because there was no allergen menu. With a serious tree nut allergy, simply being told food contains no nuts isn’t reassuring. Proper allergy precautions matter. At the bar, we waited 45 minutes while being repeatedly overlooked as guests arriving after us were...

« I dont usually use short term rentals because I am leery of being scammed, however, this was such a pleasant experience! The host was very professional and communication was prompt. The house was in a perfect location- we were in town for air force graduation. The house was very clean and perfect for 7 of us. We really enjoyed our stay. »
