« The stay was great for our family as we gathered for a family member's celebration of life. I tried to message the host before our stay, and got lots of communication back from them, just never answered my questions I asked. The traffic along metcalf was incredibly noisy, and hard to drown out at night when trying to sleep. They do have TVs in every bedroom, so if you can sleep with background noise, that would help. If you need silence, not the best place to rent. It was also easy to miss...

« The neighborhood was amazing with walking distance to 2 play grounds. the bedrooms are huge. We had a small issue with the pool cover and the owner went above and beyond to assist and fix the issue. It was so close to downtown, yet far enough you didnt feel the stress of the city. The owner responded so fast to any messages sent. Thank you for your help again! »

« Property was fully fenced in for my dog and nicely appointed inside for us not to worry about the dog getting at anything in the house that he should not be!Host was very responsive to questions. Inside the home was clean and very easy to find things! »

« The place was not as I assumed it would be. I could do much better myself in the cleaning department. I know this place is not my home, but I did expect much more for the amount we paid. The one television was not operable. There was a Firestick attached but no remote at all to work the television. The upstairs bathroom had very little water pressure upstairs.I feel the owners need to lower their prices for what they are renting out this place for. « Good location and easy check in process. This property had some functional concerns - the dishwasher did not work, the oven did not work properly (gave up making bacon after 45 min as it was still fairly raw) and the microwave was hit or miss. Sent host a message through app regarding dishwasher, but did not get a response. Host did send several other pre-recorded messages throughout our stay. Noted several ants in the kitchen and living area. Bedrooms were all upstairs, but entertaining areas...

« The house is in a neighborhood that felt very safe. There were people walking their dogs in the evening. The host was very good to help in every way that we needed. You really can sleep 14 people at this house. The back yard backs up to a parking lot for the local Walmart. The house sits just off of a busy road. It provides convenience, but you can hear some noise from it. The house was clean and the showers had good water pressure. There is not an ice maker, so we will got some from Walmart....
