« Incredible views of the lake! Not very clean, there was mold growing on some of the walls and lots of bugs »

« Excellent room with a good view, both breakfast and dinner options and food quality was very good. Staff was friendly however the pictures associated with the standard room was not accurate and we had to pay extra for an upgrade to the deluxe room ( pictures of which were associated with the standard room when we booked). Staff was friendly and polite but could not upgrade as a courtesy even though the pictures did not match the room. »

« The property gave a fantastic upgrade and over »

« Wonderful food helpful staff great welcome 🤗 It's a very good deal close to the centre in a garden of tea. Stay here if they have rooms »

« The hotel is in horrible condition . No hoteater, air conditioning jot working. »

« Sterling Darjeeling is a great place to stay for a trip to the area. The location is much better than anything close to the mall. You can avoid all the traffic and noise of central Darjeeling. Views of the valley and surround mountains are great. The staff is very helpful. If you’re traveling from the airport, you will get to the property much faster (hours) than any place close to the mall because of all the traffic even though it’s only a few kilometers away. I would highly recommend Sterling...

« Room too cold. Cant be adequately heated. Staff refused to give 2nd key to keep heater on . Cockroaches in dining area/table. Staff ignored when cockroaches were pointed out. »

« Helping Staff, best view from room, of an valley. »

« Remote from Silliguri you might find some rest here, when there is no wedding or fonction. »
