Work on your tan and enjoy a refreshing splash in the sparkling shared outdoor pool after a fun-filled day strolling around the city. Come back home to kick your feet up and rest in the living room, which is equipped with comfortable furnishings and a flatscreen TV with cable. Not in the mood to spend your time indoors? Then lounge in the front or back patios - the front patio has cozy seating and overlooks the pool directly and the back patio features an outdoor dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with great appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a French door fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave. This level also offers a convenient half bathroom with a stackable washer/dryer.

The two bedrooms available are on the second floor along with two ensuite full bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own balcony; one of them overlooks the pool and the other offers views of the neighboring houses.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
