GULF FRONT unité à Tops'l Beach et Tennis Resort !! Tops'l Tides 301 est une copropriété de deux chambres et deux salles de bain dans le bâtiment Tides avec vue sur le golfe du Mexique, les piscines de la station balnéaire, et le nouveau restaurant / bar de la station achevée en 2017.

Tops'l est une station balnéaire paradisiaque magnifiquement aménagée, populaire toute l'année, située à côté de la réserve de Tops'l à Miramar Beach. Elle dispose d'une sécurité privée, de plusieurs restaurants et d'un service de navette gratuit. Les clients des marées ont la piscine privée des marées et des activités organisées pour les enfants. Baytowne est situé de l'autre côté de l'autoroute, avec ses nombreux restaurants, divertissements, boutiques et feux d'artifice en été.

Tides 301 est une unité de coin, avec un coin salon wrap-around patio spacieux. A l'intérieur, la chambre familiale dispose d'une télévision connectée avec lecteur DVD, télévision par câble et WIFI gratuit. Les deux chambres à coucher dorment 6, avec un lit king dans la chambre principale, et un lit queen et lits superposés twin-over-twin dans la chambre d'hôtes. Chaque chambre a une salle de bain complète, avec la salle de bain principale ayant une douche à l'italienne et un bain à remous. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen-size dans la chambre familiale.

Tops'l Tides 301 est l'escapade familiale idéale: ce luxueux condominium récemment rénové est l'un des plus luxueux du bâtiment et se situe dans le golfe, dans le plus beau complexe de la région!

Overall great stay!

This unit was beautiful! There weren’t too many complaints except maybe the unit could use a few extra utensils in the kitchen. The kitchen is also kind of small if you get more than 1 person in there. Otherwise, we had a lovely trip.

The property was excellent. For most of our beach trips, we have booked Kiawah Island, Hilton Head, and Amelia. First time back to Destin in a while, and we were very happy with our location and the area. Great, being from N W Georgia, we could bypass Atlanta and the traffic. Very relaxing drive down US 227 etc.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Beds were comfortable and condo was cleaned and well maintained. The overall resort was very family friendly. My kids loved the shuffle board, pickleball, basketball and mini golf. The pool and pool bar were lovely. We will stay again for sure.

Beautiful condo

The condo was really nice. All the areas were large and plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. I was disappointed with the building that partial blocked the view of the ocean. It is shown in the pictures so it was my issue that I missed it. There is still a great view of ocean you just have to look at a building as well. The property is nice and well maintained. It was nice to be out of the Destin traffic too.

Location is great!

We enjoyed our stay! Location is great and loved the ocean view from the balcony! The kitchen is a little sparse and could use some more pots/pans/silverware. Had a couple run in with security over not having wristbands for pickleball courts - property management cleared up situation quickly but frustrating to be harassed by security guard on vacation when wristbands were not left for us.

This is a great unit. Booking this unit was great. I emailed twice about questions and adding a day. All responses were super quick. This unit was clean and had lots of room for our family. We will definitely be coming back.

A few things to know before you go

It a typical beach condo BUT HOA has way too many rules and limitations for vrbo users. For example, you can’t use the beach with umbrella even if you rent there unless you OWN the place. You have to go 1 mile out to set your umbrella(beach is guarded by security against invaders like vrbo people- meaning us). Want to rent one of theirs umbrellas? Good luck, they are almost 95 percent reserved all the time. Also it is a hike to go to beach. From your condo to the beach takes around 15 min if you are pulling a cooler or beach dolly. If you are pulling a dolly or cooler you will be dead before you arrive. If you don’t have kids it is ok place. With kids, it is near torture to enjoy the beach. Also internet sucks and there is only a few old channels to watch. And the goes off and on due to unstable internet.

Great stay!

We love Tops’l Tides and Miramar Beach! Love the location and love the easy beach access. This was our first time to stay in 301, but we loved it. (The only recommendation I would have is… get a new couch.) We would certainly stay here again! Only other complaint is their new “no canopy” on the beach rule. But, we still love the condo complex and surrounding area. Will certainly be back.

We loved this condo, it was perfect right on the beach with great amenities. The poolside bar served delicious drinks. There was plenty of parking. The unit was very clean with nice decor, the kitchen was perfect for our family with everything we needed. The ocean views and sunsets were amazing. I can’t wait to go back. I’d definitely book this condo again.

Spectacular condo!

The condo was beautiful with a great view of the ocean and pools! We walked in, it smelled great and was immaculate from the floors to the countertops, so we just “moved” right in. It was located next to the stairwell and the end unit provided privacy and quiet. The Owner’s suite was amazing with access to the balcony, ocean view and an upgraded on-suite. The boogie boards, chairs, beach cart and rafts were wonderful! I would stay here again and again because of the well maintained condo! IF I had to pick a couple things it would be the lack of dresser in the second bedroom was an issue. We had 3 teenage girls with nowhere to place their clothing. There is plenty of space to add this item. The pools were dirty. There is no other way to say this, there was hair, garbage and “stew” floating around. We stayed at the beach most of the time but it was a shame not to have the option of the pool. They “cleaned” it everyday but I don’t know what they were doing. There were also missing edge tiles and broken gates so there are no “private” pool areas and a lack of chairs. Those there were molding and in some cases in disrepair. Apart from the pool, I highly recommend this VRBO.

Such an awesome condo!

The condo was wonderful! It was literally spotless!!! The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The view is great, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. We even got to enjoy live music from the pool one evening! :) We loved the convenience of having the stairs to quickly get to the pool and the beach - everything was very close. We really had a fabulous week and would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for everything!
