    Venez profiter de notre spacieux 2BR / 2BA 1151 pieds carrés condo au 12ème étage du magnifique Surfside Resort situé dans la section plus calme et moins encombré de Miramar Beach de Destin, en Floride. Notre vue sur l'océan sud-est depuis notre balcon privé de 8 'x 28' n'est pas obstruée par des bâtiments et des espaces spectaculaires!

    Nous obtenons le soleil du matin et l'ombre de l'après-midi alors profitez de votre café du matin sur le balcon et revenez plus tard pour vous détendre dans l'ombre de l'après-midi. Profitez des magnifiques vues et des sons de l'océan et admirez la côte sud-est de la côte du golfe jusqu'à Panama City! Toutes les chambres ont un accès au balcon grâce au plan de plancher unique de cette unité. Notre intérieur est entièrement carrelé avec un nouveau mobilier et un décor confortables et conviviaux.

    La grande chambre des maîtres comprend un lit king size, un combo SMART TV / DVD à écran plat de 32 ", un dressing éclairé, un dressing, une coiffeuse et une grande salle de bain principale avec une douche carrelée. Une laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur est dans la salle de bain principale. La deuxième chambre a deux lits doubles avec un grand placard et une salle de bains avec un combo baignoire / douche. Il dispose également d'une télévision à écran plat de 36 pouces et d'un lecteur DVD. La deuxième chambre peut être fermée à clé et possède sa propre entrée.

    Notre nouveau canapé AMERICAN LEATHER COMFORT SLEEPER dans le salon s'ouvre sur un lit queen-size extrêmement confortable. Un super téléviseur HD incurvé de 55 "incurvé à haute définition (Netflix Hulu, Spotify, YouTube), lecteur Blu Ray, jeux et casse-tête dans le salon pour le divertissement.

    La salle à manger a des murs en miroir qui offrent une vue imprenable de toutes les places. La cuisine entièrement équipée est dotée d'appareils électroménagers haut de gamme et de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner et / ou recevoir, notamment une cafetière KEURIG!

    Nous offrons un service de plage GRATUIT (2 chaises et 1 parasol) du 1er mars au 31 octobre.

    SURFSIDE RESORT est une propriété tout compris comprenant une salle FITNESS avec équipement de gymnastique, pont SPORTS (tennis sous les lumières, jeu de palets, basket-ball) au-dessus d'un parking couvert et sécurisé, grande piscine chauffée et aire de pont, deux piscine, service de restauration TIKI HUT et pool house avec douches et sauna. De plus, Surfside est la SEULE PROPRIETE EN DESTIN avec FIBER OPTICS pour chaque unité et une connexion WiFi sécurisée!

    Traversez le SKYBRIDGE / passerelle de la terrasse de la piscine au sable blanc de sucre et aux eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique.

    * Surfside Resort propose le restaurant 'ROYAL PALM GRILLE', 'SURFSIDE SPA' (massages, soins du visage, etc.) et 'SURFSIDE BEAUTY STUDIO' situé au 1er étage. *

    Surfside propose désormais BEACH WEDDINGS et RECEPTIONS dans le nouveau bel événement VENUE organisé par le restaurant Royal Palm Grille.

This was an amazing condo! We had a beautiful view and it is a great location to the beach! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The owners were so kind and helpful. They made the entire process so smooth and included recommendations on things to do in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Condo was very clean and a great location. Easy access to the beach and restaurants, coffee shops , smoothie King, grocery store and shopping within a mile of the condo. Very attentive host who also paid for two beach chairs and an umbrella while we there. Excellent view and we didn’t even have to leave our balcony to watch several fireworks displays up and down the beach to celebrate America’s 250th birthday! Highly recommend this property if you’re looking for a great place in Miramar Beach.

Great condo with view of gulf. Wheelchair accessible. Bedrooms are on opposite sides of the main room for increased privacy. Pool, hot tub, access to gas and charcoal grills. Beach access across the street. Really enjoyed our stay, and want to come back!

The condo is wonderful. Great location, great view of the ocean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked. It definitely matched the pictures posted, but a little better. The host was wonderful and dealt with any issues immediately. They made sure we had everything that we needed. They went above and beyond! The location was great with plenty of shops nearby within walking distance or a very short drive.

Sunshine Daydream is in a great location, great view of the Gulf of America, and very welcoming and cozy place to stay. Private beach is just a short stroll across old Hwy 98 (Scenic Gulf Drive). The hosts were great, super responsive and the whole experience was very low stress and a great weekend getaway for me and my spouse. I would definitely recommend.

Nicest condo yet at Surfside

My partner and I have been staying at Surfside for one week for about the last ten years. This condo was just wonderful. We love the area and the condo was up-to-date with very nice kitchen and bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. We would definitely choose this unit again.

Delightful !

Absolutely perfect! The location is par excellence and is truly steps from the beach. The home itself is exactly as described - clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We travelled with family and cooked multiple meals in the house. The host was quick to respond, exceptionally easy to work with and truly went the extra mile with helping list out some great neighborhood restaurants and things to do! Will definitely stay here again.

Fall Break at the Beach

I reserved this property one year in advance specifically for the handicap accommodations available. My husband is confined to a wheelchair and he was able to move from room to room without any issues. The roll in shower and bathroom sink made our stay so comfortable. There were even portable ramps to the balcony that enabled him to easly access the views of the beach with the family. We will rent this condo again!

This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The condo is beautifully updated and furnished and is so well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable and having 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom is a big plus! The master suite is so spacious. The kitchen has everything you need including a magic bullet, k-cup and regular coffee maker, spices/seasonings and nice pans and dishes. The living room furniture is newer and very comfortable. The balcony is amazing with a table and chairs plus 2 loungers and provides a great view. We loved having the free beach service (2 lounge chairs and an umbrella) so we didn’t have to haul those to the beach. The location is super convenient for the beach, restaurants, and shopping. John and Patti are the most incredible hosts! They were communicative after I booked and reached out before our trip to offer suggestions and answer questions. They also checked in during our stay just to make sure everything was going smoothly! Literally the best hosts I’ve ever worked with for a rental. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again if we come back to Miramar Beach!

Absolutely wonderful!!

We could not have asked for a better rental. I always bring cleaning supplies with me because we have rented some not-so-clean units. I didn’t even have to wipe a counter down!! It was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable. All new appliances. The view from the unit is STUNNING! I couldn’t get over it. Every day it looked like you were looking out to paradise with the sparkling water and dolphins! Would absolutely recommend this unit. John and Patti communicated the entire time and made the whole vacation a breeze.

FANTASTIC!!! 5 🌟 and then some!!!!

We have stayed at the Surfside for many years. I was extremely impressed with this condo. It is very modern with all new high-end appliances. Communication was excellent with responses from the owners John and Patti within minutes of my questions. They are truly committed to making sure that your vacation is everything you want and more. Very relaxing and just overall amazing. I will definitely be booking this condo for all of our upcoming vacations.

Beautiful condo overlooking Miramar Beach. Kitchen and Bathrooms have been updated. Nice amenities at the complex. Owners were proactive in providing information on local activities taking place during our stay. They responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely recommend renting this unit. Perfect "home away from home" for vacation!

Hosts were most attentive and responsive. This condo is beautifully furnished. The view of the water was best way to begin and end our days. Beds were awesome for great sleep!

I really like staying at the Surf Side, this last condo we stay in was one of the best ones.

Great communication with Owners, easy check in and out. Condo was very clean, and has all updated appliances, flooring, counter tops and cabinets. Had an awesome time.

Great communication and great location

Chris quickly responded prior to our trip and throughout the trip if we had any questions - which I really appreciated. The location of the stay was perfect. A quick walk across the skywalk to a beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend!
