✔ The access at 907 Scenic Gulf Drive is just 1.4 miles away and offers 15 parking spaces plus golf cart and bike parking, restrooms, large shower area, and a wheelchair accessible ramp to the beach.
✔ The access at Pompano Joes is 2.1 miles away and has 200 parking spaces, restrooms, ramp and stair access to the beach, beach rentals, snorkel reef, and restaurant.
✔ Enjoy the Scenic 98 walking/biking path to explore the area
✔You will love our location with easy access to many of your favorite places like Surf Hut, Whale’s Tale, Pompano Joes, Big Bad Breakfast, and quick distance to bike rentals, unique shops, coffee shops, and cafes.
✔ You’ll love exploring the Destin/Miramar Beach area with many great restaurants, shops, golf, and spas. You can also arrange fishing charters or rent a pontoon or jet ski at the Habor! Miramar Beach is home to a snorkel reef about 650 offshore. Shaped like a dolphin, snorkelers who can paddle out can find a large variety of fish, sea turtles, and even octopuses. So much to do, you better stay longer!

THE FINE PRINT
• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of two adults over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours.
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM. You will be notified automatically on arrival day if the property is available for early arrival – fees may apply.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home or outdoor areas
• Parking - we have driveway spaces for up to 3 cars. If you have additional vehicles or want to bring a boat/trailer/jet ski, you can park nearby at Geronmio RV Park for $25/cash/day or $30/card/day.
• Trash – pickup days are Tuesday and Fridays. Guests must bag all trash and place bins in the street the night before pick up. If you leave trash, extra fines will be incurred. Please put bins out for each pick up day during your stay!
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• We provide starter supplies of toiletries and paper products and all bed linens and bath towels.
