The open living spaces provide plenty of room to gather after a day at the beach, while the home's one-level layout makes it especially convenient for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Your Private Beach Escape
One of Emerald Shores' most beloved features is its private gated beach access, located just a short 5-minute walk from the home. Guests can also take advantage of the community's seasonal beach tram service, operating daily from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM from the second Saturday in May through the second Saturday in August.

The private beach access includes:

Beachfront restroom facilities
Seasonal snack bar serving sandwiches, snacks, soft drinks, and beer
Exclusive access for Emerald Shores guests
A beach access wristband is required for guests ages 12 and older and may be purchased directly from the beach attendant for $30 per stay, covering your entire group.
