Unit 10B offers a quaint coastal cottage feel with a master bedroom, a full bed in a sleeping nook off the living room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. 2023 updates include all new fresh paint and decor, electric fireplace with mantle to enjoy a cozy break at the beach.  Not to mention the new furniture in the living room, dining room, and sleeping nook.  Additionally, the kitchen has a brand new sink and the upstairs bathroom has been updated with a new vanity.
This unit has a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.  Enjoy the free wireless internet, lush landscaping, private beach access and seasonally heated pool on your getaway to the coast.
One vehicle per unit. Parking pass required in windshield at all times to avoid being towed. No golf carts allowed. NO TENTS OR CANOPIES ALLOWED ON THE BEACH
