  • «Twist Of Lime» est une maison de location de vacances à court terme de 2 657 pieds carrés située à Crystal Beach! Construit en 2017, 'Twist of Lime' contient 6 chambres (toutes avec des lits king-size et des salles de bain complètes privatives dans les chambres), 7 salles de bain ainsi qu'une grande piscine privée de forme rectangulaire (22 pieds x 12 pieds). Il est à 3 pâtés de maisons de notre allée menant au sable blanc de la plage. Cette location est située dans un lotissement clôturé de 8 maisons, qui sont toutes des maisons de location de vacances!

    L'adresse physique de Twist of Lime pour votre GPS est 63 Sundance Ct. Miramar Beach, FL 32550. Les rues transversales les plus proches sont Sundance Court et Ellis Street à Miramar Beach.

    Il y a un grand parking pour 4-6 véhicules.

    * Les six chambres ont des lits KING ET une salle de bain privée complète (avec baignoire!) en eux.

    La couleur du mur est une nuance vert pâle calmante et vert clair appelée "poterie de céladon". Les sols des chambres sont recouverts de moquette et toutes les zones non recouvertes de moquette sont un carrelage grisâtre qui ressemble à des planches de bois. Notre granit contient des nuances de noir, blanc et gris.

We stayed here as the meeting spot for our bridal party and it was perfect. Quick walk to pompano Joe's and to the beach! The golf cart was absolutely clutch too.

Each couple had their own bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom...What a bonus! The kids had a great time sharing the bunk room and most especially the pool. Even though there were a lot of us in the house it never felt like we didn’t have enough space. Having the golf cart was also clutch! Thanks for a great stay!

Just Right

The house was walking distance from the beach. Having the use of q golf cart made it easy to shuttle gear and people. The house is clean, great AC, pool was great for hanging out and staying wet while staying there on hot muggy August nights. It is a vacation rental and we stayed during their busy season. Some minor dings and small missing items, but that was to be expected. Our group wants to stay here next year, just a bit longer.

Upon arrival the pool we paid extra for heating wasn’t on but after a quick phone call we had that resolved when a technician arrived. Only issue we had was the golf cart wouldn’t charge and we were leery of taking it out long not knowing how fast the little charge it had would last. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend or return if the need was there.

With 18 girls, we needed a place that was spacious, clean, and comfortable—and this home exceeded all expectations. It was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had more than enough room for everyone to feel comfortable.The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. When we had a small issue, the hosts were incredibly responsive and had someone out right away to fix it. Their attentiveness made the experience even better. And the pool and golf cart were chefs kiss!Truly everything was perfect. If you’re looking for the ideal spot for a large group getaway, look no further. We’d absolutely stay here again! :)

Great location

The house was in a great location (very close to the beach) and the bedrooms were great. However, the house had too much damage in it. Many walls, doors, furniture all needed repairs. The rug in family room was a huge safety/tripping issue. 2 out of 3 umbrellas at the pool were broken. Wish the owners had made repairs before we got there. I had to take pictures and send to property Mgr to ensure they didn’t blame us for the damage. Not a great first impression but we had a great time. The ease of renting, check in and check out was also great

Great space for a large family.

We loved the 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths for our large family. There were plenty of baby supplies for our grandchild. The negatives were the floors were not clean. Our infant is a crawler and his hands, knees, and tops of his feet would get black as well as anyone that walked barefoot. The TV did not work in the great room. There were only 6 coffee cups available the first morning there. There were 12 adults that were staying there. We did call and let them know of the problems. And got a large sack of small coffee cups, but no one came to fix any of the other problems. There were no boogie boards that were listed in the description. That was disappointing. We also found roaches in the house!! Yuck! For the space the price was fair. I doubt we will rent there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was in a good location, however, from the day we got there, we had to keep getting ahold of the rental company. The hood range above the stove was dripping water. The fridge would not dispose more than one cube at a time. The couch was stained in multiple places and had a hole in it. I had to call and ask for the pool to be checked. On Wednesday when the pool guy came, he tested and said there was no chlorine in the pool. Our floats were starting to get green film on them. The dishwasher was not bolted in to place, so everytime we opened it, it would tip. We had to call about wasps on the property. There were two large nest on the home next door, that the property company owned as well, and the wasps would come down and swarm us during the day.

Nice place, needs some repair

Generally a nice property, very nice outdoor area with pool, etc. There were lots of items that needed repair such as the outdoor umbrellas, many minor items like curtains, towel racks, tissue holders, refrigerator door controls, etc. A couple of places there were holes in walls. We had an issue with hot water going out the second day of our stay. We found that the heater was plugged into an outdoor outlet and all of the outdoor outlets were not functional. We could not locate a breaker box so had to place a maintenance call. Almost a day later without hot water (or showers for 17 people) the maintenance showed up and move a picture in the hallway to get to the breaker box. We could have done this in minutes if we'd have known where it was at. Turns out you can't charge two golf carts at the same time or you'll trip the breaker that controls all outdoor outlets including the water heater. Could be better designed. The last day of our stay the AC went out. Fortunately we were leaving so do not know the outcome of that issue. Again it was a nice place but lots of minor issues and a couple of major ones (hot water, AC).

Nice house, but not walking distance to the beach

Overall, the house worked out well. But note that it is NOT walking distance to the beach. We had six kids between the ages of 4-10 and it would have been an impossible walk with beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. We took the golf cart every time. Just wanted to note that for other renters. The house: Having all king bedrooms with private bathrooms was great for our multi-family vacation. I wish there was a larger common area but we just spread out in different rooms when we were hanging out. The top-floor bunk room was perfect for the kids. The heated pool was great and was bigger than expected. We did have several electrical issues during our stay. For one, the outlets on the outside of the house weren't working, so we had no way to charge the golf cart. We ended up bringing the cord to the beach and charging it while we were there. Also, the dryer took about 3 cycles before it would get one load dry (we cleaned out the lint every time). Also, the oven took twice as long to cook. Finally, all of the upstairs bathroom outlets stopped working on the last day. Since they were all electrical issues, I assume they were all related to something going on with the house. Aside from that, everything worked out well. The management company was great. They checked in the day after we arrived and were very responsive in sending someone over to look at the golf cart (within an hour of me calling). They were very much on the ball.

Destin 2022 vacation

We absolutely loved the house we stayed in! We had 3 boys with us under the age of 12 and so they had the bunkbed room. Perfect set up for them. Our house included a golf cart which was great for getting to the beach, coffee shop, stores. etc. The pool was a great size for our group and it was perfect located right off the kitchen/living area. We had a problem with the air conditioner one day, but a quick call brought quick resolution before the day was over. We were less than 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Would definitely stay at a Twist of Lime again!

Nice property

Overall I would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for my party of 12. Easy access to everything you would need. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The only complaint I have was I wish someone would have come out to service the pool sometime that week. Just a little vacuuming would have been great. Overall great property and would stay here again!

Very impressed!

We could not have asked for a better stay. The listing was just as described! Everything worked perfectly. We wished there were some kitchen towels, but that’s not a huge deal. The property manager was very effective in communicating with me when it came to needing their assistance.
