Choosing Marigot Place as your private vacation rental home is a fantastic option for families and small groups. Marigot Place offers quiet seclusion in a gated community, with access from both Highway 98 and Scenic Hwy 98 (the beach road). It's an 8 -10 minute walk to our beautiful white sand beaches with private, gated beach accesses.

This property is privately managed by the owners; not a large management company. Do not be fooled by other companies with lower prices. We provide many supplies and beach items for your stay that most companies do not provide. We take pride in maintaining our properties so that you will check in to a well cared for, clean, and welcoming home. We will go above and beyond to earn your five star review and make your stay amazing!

* Toiletries, Extra toilet tissue, paper towels, cleaning supplies, trash bags, dish detergent, hand soap, coffee pods and basic spices - (not just a starter pack with one of everything)
* Full laundry room with a full size bottle of laundry detergent and softener
* 12 beach chairs, 12 beach towels, a beach wagon, umbrella,
and cooler.
* Extra pillows and blankets in all closets
* Dog waste cleanup station with hand sanitizer and bags
* Board games and Extra propane for the grill
* High chair, baby gates, and Pack n Play are available upon request.
* Air purification system has been installed in the home for a healthier vacation!


Our new 6-passenger electric golf cart is available for rent at a lower rate than the local rental companies. It is street-legal with seat belts, lights/turn signals/LED mirrors, digital display, storage compartments and audio system with Bluetooth capabilities. Our community has a reserved spot for golf carts less than a block from our beach entrance. The golf cart is optional and can be rented for $85 per night plus tax.
*Golf cart, pet fees, and pool heat are paid directly to owner. They are not included in reservation price since all guests do not have pets or rent the golf cart and pool heat.* The pool can be heated for $50 per night plus tax.

* Private fenced backyard with a new, beautiful, heat-able swimming pool, large patio, gas grill and lots of outdoor seating. Perfect for morning coffee! The swimming pool puts on a show with gorgeous color changing pool lights and a water fountain nightly from 7-10 pm. Pool heat can be added for additional ($50 per night.)

You'll be just minutes away from anything you want to do in the Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach and 30A areas – shopping, dining, deep-sea fishing, dolphin watching cruises, parasailing, golfing, bike rentals, paddle boarding, art galleries, wine tasting, and so much more!

At the end of a great day in the sun you can enjoy the spacious family room with 65" screen smart TV with cable and HBO.
